With the development of our society,the social security policy of children from poor families has been issued continuously,and on the basis of the material resources needed for their life,the comprehensive quality development of children from poor families has been paid more attention to.Children are in the early stage of understanding and understanding society,which is an important stage in exploring life.This stage requires both learning and accumulating cultural knowledge and improving social communication ability.Therefore,it is necessary to help children from poor families to improve their peer social communication ability,and having good peer relationship is also conducive to the healthy development of children's socialization.Based on the above situation,the researchers in this article tried to use group work,one of the three major methods of social work,to conduct an intervention study on improving the peer communication ability of children from poor families.The author used the "Meet You" good social interaction ability improvement group during the internship in the B community.The purpose is to improve the social communication ability of the group members in order to better integrate into the society.The paper describes and analyzes the process and reflection of group activities in detail.It uses pre-post measurement and interview methods to evaluate the effects of the process and results of the group from the quantitative and qualitative research.The method of work involved in the improvement of children's peers 'social interaction ability in poor families has significant results,which can be promoted,and has opened up new perspectives and methods for the study of children's peers' social interaction ability in poor families.
