With the popularization of higher education and a series of reforms,China's higher education has entered a connotative development.Colleges and universities are increasingly demanding teachers' career development,and teachers are increasingly demanding their own career development.Young college teachers are an important component of the faculty.It is worthy of study to pay attention to the status quo of young teachers' career development,meet the career development needs of young teachers in colleges and universities,and better promote the career development of young teachers.This paper takes the young teachers of Hunan Agricultural University as the research object,and investigates the career development needs,career development satisfaction and professional identity of young teachers through literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,and collates,statistics and analyzes the sample data.The analysis is carried out in several aspects:(1)Through the overall analysis of the career development needs of young teachers,it is found that young teachers have high demand for teaching development,professional development,organizational development and personal development,and young teachers are very urgent for their career development needs.(2)Six different individual characteristics of gender,age,teaching age,academic background,professional title and teaching subject have different degrees of difference in career development needs of young teachers;(3)Career development satisfaction,professional identity and career development of young teachers There is a significant positive correlation between demand and two.At the same time,according to the analysis of career development needs,career development satisfaction,professional identity,etc.,it is found that young teachers still have problems in the development of vocational development,such as low level of teaching development,insufficient professional development ability,unsound organizational development,and slow personal development.In order to better promote the career development of young teachers and meet their career development needs,the article is problem-oriented,combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and proposes intensive career planning and career enhancement from the three different levels of needs of teachers,schools and society.Development motivation;attach importance to the development needs of young teachers,stimulate the vitality of career development;improve the policy guarantee system,and build measures and suggestions for the joint development of career development,in order to provide reference and reference for colleges and universities to promote the career development of young teachers.
