Young teachers begin to step into society, it is closely connected with theoccupation career and development. Compared with the old teachers, young teachersneed more time to deal with the problem. Authoritative survey shows that, had beensuffering from "young teachers’ anxiety, fear, frustration, loneliness" accounted for thevast majority, the only difference is that the different degree. This is because, youngteachers must face in the stages of life and professional development. In the work, thetheory of associated with the teaching practice, experience is still shallow, encounterevents, student’s question was not know what course to take. Especially for primaryschool teachers, the short term may still not be able to successfully change,psychological problems arising therefrom will be more and more, if you do not knowhow to debug scientific, reasonable, are likely to run everywhere in its occupationdevelopment. Therefore, the psychological problems of young teachers in PrimarySchool of occupation development more and more attention. This study is derived fromthis background. The author hopes that through this research, looking for ways to easethe occupation development of young teachers in Primary School of psychologicalpressure, continuous improvement, development consciousness; strengthen theoccupation development of young teachers in primary school; keep a good state of mindto guide the process of young teacher occupation development, to make it more adaptedto the needs of society and its character, occupation development; at the same time, theresearch of this thesis, need is also in line with the occupation characteristics of youngteachers.In this topics of research and discussion in the, to makes research more full, andfull, discusses more clear, and has persuasive, author integrated using has variety research method, such as: most based of literature analysis law, and questionnaireinvestigation law, and interviews law, wait, and using has psychology in the authority of"SCL-90since assessment volume table" and homemade of "elementary school youthteachers career pressure power table", on research object--Dalian City359nameelementary school youth teachers of career pressure, and psychological situation andcareer development for research, and statistics, and analysis And access to researchfindings.This article believes that, the mental health level of Dalian City primary schoolteachers were significantly lower than those of the normal population; and thesepsychological problems but with their occupation development, significant correlationbetween the two has been confirmed. Factors causing the psychological problems ofoccupation development of young teachers in primary school are in many aspects, suchas heavy campus interpersonal relationship, complex social role, complex, etc.. Thecauses of these problems are in many aspects, such as: from the new curriculum reformand teaching competition pressure, evaluation system is not scientific, psychologicalproblems of insufficient incentive, occupation development did not get attention, etc..Therefore, to improve and perfect the issue from three levels, one is the primary schoolteachers, two are public, three is the school. For primary school teachers is therequirement of scientific adjusting psychology; social should purify the masspsychological environment, protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers; theschool should continue to enrich the young teacher occupation career planning activities,continuous evaluation mechanism reform.
