Study On The Influencing Factors And Improving Strategies Of The Formation Of Working Habits Of Urban Primary School Students

Labor education in primary and secondary schools is a hot issue of current educational theory and practice.Labor education is not only an inevitable requirement for implementing the education policy,but also a necessary guarantee for the comprehensive and healthy development of primary school students.The fundamental purpose of labor education is to develop labor habits.How to base on the characteristics of urban primary school students,objectively analyze the influence of many factors on the development of primary school students 'labor habits,and develop effective labor education to cultivate primary school students' good labor habits is an important issue that urban primary education should face.Cultivating good work habits for urban pupils is not only an inevitable requirement for practicing quality education,but also an important way to cultivate the creative spirit and practical ability of pupils.The thesis uses a combination of questionnaires,interviews and literature research to conduct a relevant survey on the factors affecting labor education and labor habits development of students in Z Primary School in District K of Yantai City.The survey focused on the influencing factors of labor habit formation,including: labor cognition,labor interest,labor opportunities,labor content and labor habit development environment.Combined with related interviews,we explored the influence of many factors affecting the development of urban schoolchildren's work habits on the development of schoolchildren's work habits,explored related problems in actual teaching and life,and put forward strategies with real practical value.Through research,subject to the influence of urban publicity,urban planning,urban industrial layout,and urban life concepts,current urban pupils generally have an environment in which labor cognition floats slogans,labor opportunities are few,labor content is narrow,and labor habits are developed.Poor problems.The reasons for the above problems are the lack of labor education in schools,the excessive substitution of parents in the family and the influence of traditional social ideas.Based on the research status and problems,the improvement strategies proposed are as follows: First,we must transform labor cognition and pay attention to spiritual value.Change the wrong concept of labor honor and disgrace among urban pupils,parents and teachers.Laborin the new era is no longer the physical labor subject to human treatment but the premise and foundation for innovation and creation.The spiritual meaning behind labor is the deepest and most lasting power.The second is to change students' thinking based on practical opportunities.Relying on the existing labor practice bases and enterprise platforms,urban pupils are provided with rich labor content and perfect labor forms,and their thoughts are educated in the rich labor content and perfect labor forms,so that labor education has become a true identification among urban pupils.The form of education and work habits have become the tendency of primary school students to be automated.The third is to create a good environment and form a joint education force.With the school as the focus and the family as the practice point,create a good habit development environment in home-school cooperation.Under the power of home-school co-education,urban pupils are encouraged to cultivate their work habits subtly.The fourth is to showcase student achievements and create a working atmosphere.This includes building a display platform and building an information platform to promote the maximization of the value of labor education in urban primary schools and the automation of the development of labor habits of primary school students in the display and communication.
