Labor is the process of creating material wealth and spiritual wealth.It is a unique basic social practice of mankind.Labor education is the all-round development of the education system.The educational activities that must be carried out in primary and secondary schools in the city.The purpose of strengthening labor education is to enable primary and secondary students to develop good working habits.In the current social development,primary school students are affected by a variety of ideas.The poor labor atmosphere in the scope of life such as family,school and society leads to less opportunities for primary school students to participate in labor practice,so there is a certain dilemma in the formation of primary school students' labor habits.Based on the purpose of carrying out labor education and cultivating primary school students' labor habits,guide students to learn to build the world and shape themselves on the ground of comprehend the world,as to achieve the purpose of building morality,strengthening body,increasing intelligence and educating beauty.As a result,it is very indispensable to analysis the problems in the formation of primary school students' working habits and explore effective strategies.This study uses the methods of document,questionnaire and interview,takes some parents and teachers as the interview objects,takes the pupils of three primary schools in Shenyang as the survey objects,and understands the labor status of pupils at the extant level of family,school and society,as well as the dimensions of labor consciousness.The study found that the existing problems:Primary School Students' labor consciousness is weak;Primary school students' lack of labor cognition;Pupils' weak will to work;The school labor education curriculum is insufficient and the teachers are weak;The content and form of school labor education are single and divorced from the internal life needs;Teachers ignore the importance of labor education and lack of guidance;The status of family labor education is missing,the poor labor atmosphere in the scope of life such as family,school and society leads to less opportunities for primary school students to participate in labor practice,so there is a certain dilemma in the formation of primary school students' labor habits;Enrich the implementation path of labor education and strengthen the construction of labor curriculum teachers;Strengthen the cooperation and synergy between home and school.In terms of family,strengthen the ideological education of parents and improve the awareness of forming working habits;Actively encourage children to work and reasonably arrange family work tasks;Give play to the role of teaching by example and promoting the formation of working habits;Students should establish correct labor values and improve their labor cognition;Changing pupils' working attitude and improving their working emotion;Mobilize pupils' subjective initiative and guide them to participate in labor practice;Give play to the exemplary role of an example and develop good working habits.
