Research On The Cultivation Of Mutual Aid Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of "Asset-based"

The government is vigorously advocating the development of community social organizations to participate in community construction and innovation of grassroots social governance.However,the reality is that the community social organizations existing in the community are basically community social organizations of recreational activities,while there are few community social organizations of mutual assistance and participation,failing to play the role of community social organizations in community governance.Community development and community construction focus more on the problems and deficiencies of the community from the perspective of "demand-oriented",and place the solution of community problems on the intervention of external forces,ignoring the resources and advantages of the community itself.The difference between the "asset-based" community development theory and the "demand-based" community development theory is that it pays more attention to the assets and advantages within the community and emphasizes the resources,technologies and capabilities owned by the community.The "asset-based" theory,based on community assets and driven by community relations,pursues the internal sustainable development of communities,and is an endogenous model of community development.In fostering community social organizations to participate in community development and construction,mutual class community social organization is based on a relationship of residents to construct community social organizations,and emphasizes the residents play their director,helping each other,the inside of the building community support networks,to promote the development of the community,its cultivation idea and "asset for this" the Angle of theory of community development.Community social organizations cultivated from the perspective of "asset-based" have the advantages of high local nature,more utilization of community resources and high participation of residents,which are conducive to building community relationship network and promoting community mutual assistance.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the cultivation of mutual aid community social organizations from the perspective of "asset-based" theory.Guided by the "asset-based" development theory,this paper takes "Yijiaxing",acommunity social organization fostered by social workers at ZG Street social work station,as an example to explore the cultivation of social workers' involvement in mutual aid community social organizations.Social workers of ZG Street social work station mobilize and utilize all kinds of community assets by guiding the backbone of community residents to dig and inventory community assets,establish a community social organization of mutual assistance,and build a community relationship network through relationship construction to promote mutual assistance in the community.
