A Practical Study On The Re-cultivation Of Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Assets ——Take Y Community In Xi ’an As An Example

For social development in the new era,we need to strengthen and make innovations in social governance.Community governance is the smallest unit of social governance.Community governance is playing an increasingly prominent role in promoting orderly and local governance.It is an important way of community development to set up community social organizations with humanistic characteristics.China has studied the development of community social organizations for many years.The number of community social organizations in urban and rural communities is increasing,but the cultivation quality of community social organizations is decreasing year by year.With the rapid development of urbanization,the types of communities also present diversified forms.The life of people need more and more complex,traditional community social organization of a single service model can’t satisfy the people’s growing material and cultural needs,previous community social organizations to foster content gradually can not adapt to the dynamic of community development,and even some newly hatched after the community social organizations in cultivating setbacks or stagnation phenomenon in the development of,The sustainability of community social organizations is weakening year by year.In order to enhance the sustainability of community social organizations,promote community construction,and create a new governance pattern of joint construction,joint governance and shared benefits.Taking Y community in Xi ’an city as an example,this paper needs to combine external professional social organizations with internal social organizations to solve the problem of sustainable development of diversified community social organizations.This paper comprehensively investigated the status quo of "Love and Mutual Aid Team" and "Peace Patrol Team" in Y community,analyzed the reasons for the stagnation of the development of the two community social organizations,and re-cultivated the two teams based on the asset-based community development mode as a new cultivation idea from the perspective of the internal relationship and the existing advantages of the community.From the perspective of extracting assets from practice,the cultivation advantages of community social organizations and the development and change of community social organizations are extracted,so as to summarize a cultivation path of community social organizations with local characteristics and stable development.
