With the introduction of the ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition),it is "core quality" that enters into the vision and life of ideological and political teachers.The basic course goal of ideological and political course is to cultivate students' core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline.Through systematic interpretation,we have made clear the core meaning of political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation,and the responsibility of cultivating ideological and political literacy of faith,thought,dignity and responsibility naturally falls on the shoulders of the majority of ideological and political teachers.As the executor of the new curriculum,the ideological and political teachers will undoubtedly directly influence the generation of students' core accomplishment.In other words,the curriculum execution ability of teachers is an important condition for the formation of the discipline core accomplishment.This paper focuses on the curriculum execution of ideological and political teachers from the perspective of core literacy of ideological and political subjects.There has been a long history of research on teacher's curriculum execution.Based on a review of relevant researches on teacher's curriculum execution at home and abroad,this paper focuses on three major issues:First,the theoretical interpretation of the subject core quality and the teacher's curriculum execution,and the new requirements of the ideological and political teachers' curriculum execution under the background of the implementation of the subject core quality.Secondly,based on the implementation of the core quality of the discipline,the author investigates the cognition and implementation preparation of ideological and political teachers for the new curriculum,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes from the subjective and objective perspectives.Predict the ability of ideological and political teachers to implement the core quality curriculum of the subject.Third,in view of the perspective of subject core literacy,ideological and political course execution status by the lack of teachers,improve the measures,including theteacher himself,inside the school and the administrative department of education teachers curriculum implementation of external forces put forward the promotion strategy,expected by the three parties work together to improve the ideological and political teachers subject core literacy curriculum execution,core literacy curriculum reform goal.
