In the twenty-first Century,the core competencies of all countries in the world are generally included in the overall goal of the curriculum.Based on the concept of curriculum reform,this paper aims at the cultivation of the ideological and political core literacy of high school students,and analyzes the content of the core literacy in the present high school ideological and political textbooks.This helps teachers to use textbooks effectively and rationally,and serve for the cultivation of core literacy.The research methods include literature and analysis.Among them,the literature method is mainly used in the analysis of the development process of core literacy and the research status of Ideological and political core literacy;the analysis law analyzes the content of the teaching materials in four aspects of ideological and political core literacy.This paper consists of four parts:The first part: introduction.In the introduction,we first analyze the background of this paper,and point out that the development of education in twenty-first Century must take the core accomplishment as the general goal;secondly,it summarizes the research status of the core literacy in the world and at home,and analyzes its connotation,framework and strategy respectively.Finally,it expounds the research methods and innovation points of this article.The second part: core literacy and the related overview of high school ideological and political textbooks.This chapter,based on the definition of the concept of Ideological and political core literacy and teaching materials,analyses the characteristics of the ideological and political core literacy,which is scientific,national and epochal,and its four qualities are related to each other and have some emphasis on each other.They are the relationship between the commonness and the personality.After that,the article expresses the necessity of analyzing core content in high school ideological and political textbooks.The third part: content analysis of Ideological and political core literacy in high school ideological and political textbooks.This part is the focus of the article.This article analyzes the content system of the high school students’ political identity education by means of "leadership core,theory and road,law and policy,spirit and belief,state institution and social organization",and the scientific spirit is a kind of spiritual power to regulate desire and behavior.This article is divided into this article.Do not analyze the content of the core literacy of scientific spirit from the cognitive and practical aspects of the scientific spirit;the consciousness of the rule of law is the recognition of the authority of the law.Public participation is the citizen’s active and orderly participation in social public affairs and state governance,which is directly related to the knowledge of "political life".The fourth part: suggestions on how to deal with ideological and political textbooks in senior high schools based on core literacy.This part is to train high school ideological and political discipline core literacy as the goal to give teaching materials to deal with the proposal;finally for the conclusion part,the full text is summarized and reflected.
