In the process of China's development,a large number of rural labor force transfer to the city phenomenon,due to economic conditions,household registration problems and other restrictions,their children are left in the countryside by others to take care of,resulting in a new vulnerable group-rural left-behind children.According to the survey,compared with children from normal families,left-behind children lack the care and companionship of their parents and lack more family education that should belong to them.No matter in life or study,there is a lack of a correct guidance,which leads to problems in psychology,behavior,values and other aspects of left-behind children.The only place where left-behind children can receive excellent education is the school,which undertakes the task of cultivating qualified talents for the society.In the face of such vulnerable groups as left-behind children,the principle of fair treatment alone cannot make up for the differences between left-behind children and un-left-behind children.Therefore,when school education is faced with the lack of family education for left-behind children,it must adopt the educational compensation policy in an oblique manner to effectively make up for the shortcomings of the disadvantaged groups.The thesis consists of six parts.First is the introduction,from the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research content and purpose,research methods and technical route.The second part is the relevant concepts and the theory of educational equity and game theory.The third part is the status quo of family education and school education for rural left-behind children in Weijia town,Jiangxi province.The game model is used to establish the game between school and family,and the dilemma of family education for left-behind children is analyzed and the reasons are found.The fourth part is the analysis and reference of the international experience of educational compensation policy.The fifth part is the combination of the actual rural school education in view of the lack of family education of rural left-behind children can be made a practical compensation measures.The sixth part is the conclusion.This paper uses participatory observation,questionnaire survey and interview to deeply understand the family education and school education of left-behind children in Weijia town No.2 primary school in Jiangxi province,analyzes the harm caused by the lack of family education of left-behind children in rural areas and finds out the specific reasons,so as to attract the attention of schools,families and local functional departments.Use game theory to build schools and families about left-behind children education compensation policy for game model,and then collected,analyzed the survey content,continue to explore,finally summarizes the extracting of rural school education for rural left-behind children lack of family education can make some compensation measures.This study draws the following conclusions:1.Safety accidents of rural left-behind children occur frequently,so schools need to strengthen safety education of left-behind children and supervision of left-behind children by guardians.2.Left-behind children in rural areas lack scientific family education,so schools need to establish a home-school alliance to help left-behind children receive good family education.3.Left-behind children in rural areas are generally introverted or extreme,so schools should provide corresponding mental health education.4.In terms of the implementation of educational compensation policies and the positive cooperation between schools and families of rural left-behind children,the establishment of the game model shows that only when schools provide educational compensation policies for left-behind children and families actively cooperate can both parties get the maximum benefits.
