Research On Social Work In Urban Communities

With the transformation of China's economic structure and the reform of the housing system,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,a large number of commercial housing communities have increased,people's living style has also undergone great changes,while the urban community living people living in habits,cultural background,class level there are big differences.The harmonious relationship of "neighborhood support,watch and help" in the traditional society gradually disappears,and the traditional neighborhood relationship is facing great challenges.At present,the interaction between urban community residents is getting lower and less frequent,neighborhood relations gradually become indifferent and alienated,but people live in a common community,people still long for and pursue mutual assistance and harmony of neighborhood.This paper takes Suzhou Q community as an example,through the Q community neighborhood survey,learned that the Q community residents between the low degree of familiarity,low frequency of communication,interaction between residents show a superficial trend,but also learned that residents still yearn for neighborhood communication,but lack of opportunities for communication and other issues,the traditional single working methods can not effectively solve these problems.This study conducts social work services under the guidance of regional development models,and explores social work models that create neighborhood sways in urban communities by integrating the working methods of the group and the working methods of the community.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the study background,significance and related literature combing,the second part is the research design,including the research related to the concept definition,theoretical basis,research ideas and the use of research methods,the third part is the Q community as a case,the basic situation of Q community neighborhood relations,from the Q community existing resources,community neighborhood relations status and problems,etc.The first stage is to enter the community,establish professional relations,find community activists,the second step is to carry out group work,the third step is to carry out community work,to specifically present the social work involved in the urban community neighborhood relationship construction service process,the fifth part is social work involved in the urban community neighborhood relationship construction service problems and corresponding countermeasures.
