The Application Research Of Regional Development Model In The Construction Of Resident Self-management Team In Old Urban Residential Areas

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the emergence of new urban property districts meets the requirements of community residents for living environment.However,in contrast,the problems of old urban districts in China are becoming more and more prominent,such as "dirty and disorderly living environment","lack of public security guarantees","old infrastructure" and "big hidden dangers of housing security".Therefore,how to fundamentally solve the problem of old community governance is an urgent concern of the government and the public.As a social worker,in the process of social work practice in J Street Social Work Service Center of Wuchang District,the author finds that the problems in TC community are not only caused by the lack of external objective conditions,but also by the lack of management and public awareness of residents.Constructing a government-led multi-subject participation model is an important way to solve the problem,encouraging residents to participate and making residents the main body of community public affairs management.This paper uses professional social work methods,from the perspective of regional development model,to analyze the existing problems of TC community and formulate work plans,to solve the existing environmental problems of old community as a starting point,to establish the TC community residents' self-management team,so as to achieve the purpose of long-term governance and promote the self-development of the community.The author divides the research process into four stages: the first stage is to establish a good professional relationship with residents and advocate residents to pay attention to environmental issues;the second stage is to explore grassroots leaders and establish community residents' self-management team to initially solve the community's living environment problems;the third stage is to build multi-channel self-management team to consolidate the effectiveness of self-management service;the fourth stage,the self-management team can operate independently and formulate the future direction of the organization.
