In today's society,urbanization is developing rapidly and population is growing.There is a phenomenon that social development lags behind economic development,social unrest factors increase.Community is the basic unit of society,but also the outbreak of contradictions.The harmony and stability of the community affect the steady development of society.Barry community is an old community.It has a lot of problems,including aging hardware facilities,population growth,living space and so on.These problems raise the residents' contradictions.Speech and physical conflict lead to intense interpersonal relationships.The occurrence of sudden insecurity has buried a hidden danger.Therefore,understand the neighborhood disputes,and use social work methods to solve,is conducive to help social work play a role about "social safety valve".This study used qualitative research methods.First,understand the neighborhood disputes and the interests of residents' demands.Under the guidance of the theory of energization and regional development,we use community work methods,focus group interviews,case conversations and other skills.Provide case assistance for special hardship families.Promote the expression of residents and carry out community education and community culture and recreation activities.To help residents solve the individual problem,deal with interpersonal relationships and participate in community governance to achieve energy.To achieve the goal,such as solving neighborhood disputes,to explore the community elite and enhance the autonomy of residents.At the same time,summed up the social work theory and methods in the field of neighborhood dispute mediation experience.Look for deficiencies in practice and improve.Expand the field of social work practice.Enhance the practical skills and literacy of social workers.Finally,three suggestions are made.Equipped with professional social workers in the community.Constructing the Mechanism of Dispute Resolution.Use the concept of participatory governance.Serve the community residents,and build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
