With the reform of the new curriculum and the advancement of quality education,people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students' core qualities and the improvement of their comprehensive qualities,especially to enhance students' innovative and practical abilities.However,in actual classroom teaching,the phenomenon of "full classroom irrigation" still exists.In order to break the shackles of "full classroom irrigation",more and more teachers use cooperative inquiry in the classroom to improve students' classroom participation activities.The case teaching method is a teaching method that is widely used in education and teaching.Its characteristics are not only in line with the new curriculum reform and quality education,but also have unique advantages in junior high school legal knowledge teaching.The effective application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high schools can not only show the boring legal knowledge in the form of easy-to-understand and specific images in the case,but also help students understand and master legal knowledge more easily.Internalizing in the heart,externalizing in the conduct,and conducive to improving the consciousness of the rule of law of junior high school students,abiding by laws and regulations,enabling students to learn the law,understand the law,abide by the law and use it,and make full use of legal knowledge to protect their own law in actual life rights and interests.At the same time,it can help junior middle school teachers of morals and the rule of law to better implement the rule of law education,and it is also conducive to advancing the process of building a socialist country ruled by law in my country.This article is divided into four parts:The first part describes the definition of cases and case teaching methods,and the significance of the application of case teaching methods in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high schools.The second part expounds the application principles and implementation steps of the case teaching method in the junior middle school legal knowledge teaching.The third part is to analyze the problems of case teaching method in the legal knowledge teaching of junior high school through teaching cases,and analyze the causes of the problems.The fourth part analyzes the problems and reasons of case teaching method in junior high school legal knowledge teaching,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
