As the development of the modern world, the demands for people with ability are higher and higher. Teaching methods in politics class have been improved continually in junior high school.We mainly used to teach students by instrucing and infusing .These methods can't adapt to the tide of the times. Students can't get more exercise and progress,including question consciousness, research consciousness,information consciousness and innovation consciousness. And some of the content of legal knowledge is obscure boring and can be legal content of the performance in life is rich and colorful, such as the time will take place in social life around the case and students in teaching the appropriate use, will be classroom teaching will achieve a multiplier effect. Therefore, common sense legal reform and traditional teaching methods courses, courses to enhance the effectiveness of legal knowledge is the first line of each work in teaching the teachers must face. In this context, explore and study the case of secondary schools teaching courses legal knowledge is an important practical significance.Case teaching is a very practical mode of education, teachers and students together on a large number of cases for analysis and discussion to guide students in creative thinking, students can analyze problems and problem-solving abilities, as well as oral expression of students, students pay attention to the psychological quality, improve teaching effectiveness.
