Case teaching method as a in education and teaching in the widely used and effective method, considerable development has been made in theory and practice and its characteristics conform to the standards of the new curriculum reform and new teaching concept, but in discipline specific application of a knowledge teaching is not very prominent.The application of case teaching method in junior middle school law knowledge teaching is in accordance with the teaching object and content of the law in junior middle school, and is one of the important ways to advance the quality education of legal knowledge.. This paper attempts to the analysis of the characteristics of the case teaching method, combined with the specific case and practice research under the new standards of curriculum reform and new teaching idea, how to in the legal knowledge classroom of junior high school application of case teaching method, in order to be able to exist in the practice of the method for improvement of main problems have been of help.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:mainly discusses the necessity of the application of case teaching method in junior high school in the teaching of legal knowledge. The reason is that, because it is the legal needs of junior high school teaching objectives and teaching content, is the need to change the traditional teaching of knowledge, but also need to promote the legal knowledge of quality education.The second part:mainly discusses the application of the principle of knowledge in junior high school in the teaching of law and the steps of case teaching method. First elaborated the principle of using case teaching method in junior high school in the teaching of law knowledge,and make a concrete analysis of the principle of each. Secondly, the general steps of using case teaching method in junior high school in the teaching of legal knowledge, teaching preparation, classroom implementation, consolidate and enhance.The third part:This paper expounds the main problems of the application of case teaching method in the middle school law knowledge teaching.. Is mainly caused by the following reasons: heavy form light essence; ignore the legal practice; between teachers and students not to form an effective interaction; poor effect of case teaching; case teaching and wrong unbound.The fourth part:analysis of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of law knowledge in junior high school is mainly based on the existing problems, the application of case teaching method in junior high school in the teaching of law knowledge to optimize, need to do:combine legal knowledge and case; the best use of "a case in the end" approach to guide students; reflection; focus on student performance the support and encouragement;and adhere to the principle of correct guidance.
