With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the ideological and moral disciplines of junior middle school has been constantly reformed and innovated.Since the beginning of 2016,the "Moral Character and Life" of primary and junior middle schools "Morality and Life" has been renamed as "Morality and Rule of Law".It was the first time since 1949 that the word "rule of law" appeared in the political course of the compulsory primary education.As "the most advancing subject" moving with the times,"the rule of law" has emerged into the political lesson,which changes the name of more than just the textbook.Moreover it is of necessity for a country to carry out the strategy "the rule of law" and urge adolescents to acquire legal knowledge.How to input legal knowledge to the junior high school students more effectively becomes a new subject teachers must actively explore.This paper will explore the practice and the application of "case teaching method" to legal knowledge teaching in junior high school."Case teaching method" is a teaching method based on case study.Teachers teach and analyze the cases so that students can learn "lively" knowledge.This paper takes the teaching practice of "case teaching method" as the research object and analyzes the significance of applying "case teaching method" to legal knowledge teaching in junior high school.Expatiate on the preparation before class and task of "case teaching method";To restore "case teaching method" in the practical teaching law knowledge of Junior Middle School by case demonstration,students' discussion and communication and teacher's summary.From the two aspects of pre-class preparation and classroom practice,this paper reflects on the application of "case teaching method" to the legal knowledge teaching in junior high school,and summarizes the experience and lessons.Finally,the author analyzes the merits and demerits of the "case teaching method" in the legal knowledge of junior high school,so as to improve the teaching method.Moral and Rule of Law in the current class of junior middle school,partly adopts case teaching method,not only to stimulate students interest in the contents of the law,but also to improve the efficiency of classroom learning and to promote students' legal consciousness as well as their self-protection awareness.In this paper,the case teaching method applied to moral lesson and the rule of law of legal knowledge teaching in junior middle school has been profoundly analyzed and theauthor's own views have been concluded.The application of case teaching method would offer inspiration for other teachers in the legal knowledge teaching.
