Information technology has changed people's learning methods,allowing a large number of digital learning platforms to emerge.The interaction of learners with the platform generates educational big data,the effective use and analysis of which plays a vital role in enhancing learner learning,improving teacher instructional design,and optimizing platform functionality and structure.Data analysis is premised on its acquisition and recording,but existing digital learning platforms often lack effective big data acquisition and storage mechanisms,and the emergence of the xAPI specification provides a framework for tracking the learning experience of learners and storing and sharing big data.In view of the above,this study uses the xAPI specification to build a digital interactive learning system,and reasonably sets up the interactivity of the system.The interactive learning process data between learners and the system will be recorded to provide data support for a more comprehensive and accurate learning analysis.Through literature research,this study deeply understands the research status of digital interactive learning system and xAPI specification at home and abroad.On the basis of its induction and analysis,the study construct an interaction behavior model in conjunction with the instructional interaction hierarchical model,which explores the classification of learner interaction behavior in different interaction levels from different interaction resource types,and these interaction behaviors will be tracked and recorded by the system,as a source of detailed learning process data.Based on this model,this study considers the problem of semantic interoperability of data and,while introducing the xAPI specification to solve the problem of interoperability of data structures,explores and uses the public lexicon built and maintained by the xAPI community of practice whenever possible.The interaction resources and interaction behaviors in the interactive behavior model are mapped to the activity types and verbs in the vocabulary,and the interactive behavior tracking model is designed.That is,this model is built by integrating xAPI into interaction behavior model,as the basis and reference of system design.In this study,a digital interactive learning system based on xAPI is implemented under certain technical support.The system consists of the LMS subsystem and the Learning Locker subsystem.LMS provides support for teachers to arrange teaching contents and students to carry out interactive learning,and is responsible for tracking the whole process of students' interactive learning.The data format generated is xAPI statement.Learning Locker as an integrated subsystem,serves more as a database of interactive learning statement,and provides an interface for data retrieval and sharing.By testing the system's functional completeness,data accuracy and response timeliness,the results show that the system can run stably and fluently,support the learners' interactive learning needs,track and record the interactive data in an all-round way,and through the learners' continuous learning,it will become the learners' learning big data,as well as provide big data support for the development of learning analysis,adjustment of teachers'teaching strategies,and optimization and reconstruction of the system.
