Since the human society entered the 21 st century,with the development of network information technology,mobile and smart devices have occupied an important position in people's learning and life in a few short years,and have gradually changed people's learning methods.In particular,the development of education informatization in recent years has had a tremendous impact on education and teaching.Micro-learning is short and refined,and it meets the needs of mobile learning and fragmented learning.It has gradually become a focus of attention among educational researchers under the trend of education informatization.Personalized education is one of the most important aspects of education reform in recent years.It has been concerned by researchers from all walks of life.The realization of personalized education depends on the acquisition and analysis of learners' massive learning behavior.Under the network learning environment,extensive learning behavior needs to be acquired on a wide range of online learning platforms.This requires a learning behavior storage record mechanism that enables the retention and migration of multi-platform learning behavior.As a technical standard for recording and accessing learning behaviors,xAPI implements multi-platform learning behavior data compatibility.WebApp is developed and implemented based on web technology and runs on web and standard browser applications.WebApp realizes the cross-system compatibility of the application based on the features of web page technology development,and ensures the consistency of the user'slearning experience in a variety of mobile-end systems.The technology acceptance model is the use of rational behavior theory,from the perspective of user experience to study the system is accepted by the user model.Based on the above,this paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the concept of micro-curriculum and the status quo of the application of micro-teaching in colleges and universities through literature analysis.Through the reading of a large number of documents,we determine the evaluation dimensions of educational software,and pave the way for follow-up research.Under the premise of clarifying the relevant theories and status quo,based on the deficiencies of the current micro-learning platform,a cross-platform compatible Web App development model was proposed.According to the technology acceptance model,the learner's learning experience is fully considered,and the functional design of the module is performed from the perspective of perceived ease of use and usefulness.During the implementation of the micro-learning platform,the learning activities are identified by following the xAPI statement format,and the learning and record transfer is performed through the LRS system to realize learning behavior data sharing.
