Abstract/Summary:
Professional accomplishment is the code of conduct that the practitioners need to observe in their professional activities,the comprehensive reflection of the adaptability of the workers to the occupations they engage in,and the inherent requirements and norms of the occupations they engage in.Vocational literacy is developed through education,learning and training,vocational practice activities,self-summary and promotion.Good vocational literacy is conducive to secondary vocational students quickly adapt to future career activities,but also to their success in their career.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part mainly elaborates the reasons for choosing this topic,the research results of relevant domestic counterparts on Vocational students' professional literacy,as well as the research object and research methods.The second part focuses on explaining the connotation of vocational literacy of secondary vocational school students,mainly from the concept,but also defines the content of vocational literacy of secondary vocational school students,including love and dedication,loyalty,team spirit,communication ability,initiative,hard work,sense of responsibility and other seven aspects.The third part is to investigate and analyze the status quo of vocational literacy of secondary vocational students by means of questionnaire and interview,and to adjust the status quo of vocational literacy of secondary vocational students through some class activities or performances in order to find out the factors affecting vocational literacy of secondary vocational students.The fourth part focuses on the status of vocational literacy of secondary vocational students from their own factors,teachers,school factors,family factors and other aspects of the reasons for analysis,detailed understanding of secondary vocational students'professional literacy problems.The fifth part is based on our school's practice and experience in recent years,from the school management level,teachers' teaching level and practical activities level to explore the practical strategies to improve the vocational literacy of secondary vocational students,in order to find out the Countermeasures for training secondary vocational students with good vocational literacy.
