Study On Strategies For Promoting Basketball Activities In Middle Schools In Henan Province

Campus basketball is an important measure for the development of middle school physical education in China and a trend of the reform of middle school physical education under the new curriculum concept.Since the implementation of campus basketball strategy,it has been popularized nationwide.The development of campus basketball and the cultivation of Chinese basketball talents are of great importance to the improvement of Chinese basketball level.With the leaders,experts and scholars in Henan province gradually pay attention to the development of campus basketball activities,the development of campus basketball in henan province has entered a new stage.This paper uses the methods such as the literature material,expert interview,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method of the middle school campus basketball characteristic school in henan province has carried on the research,from the current high school campus basketball activities carried out in henan province scale,organization and leadership,the basketball teaching,extracurricular activities,extracurricular training,competition,basketball teachers and off condition guarantee eight aspects were investigated,found that the current high school campus in henan province basketball existing problems and restricting factors in the process of development,to the problems and influencing factors of effective promote the strategy of high school campus basketball activities,in henan province,in turn,improve the middle school campus of henan province basketball theory system,Enrich the theoretical system of school physical education in henan province,and provide reference for the effective promotion of campus basketball activities in henan Province.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)Basketball characteristic school campus activities better schools give appropriate incentives,encourage other basic basketball better schools in the province to declare the campus of henan province basketball activities,improve the students' interest to participate in the campus basketball activities and to participate in the activities of the campus basketball's enthusiasm,achieve the campus basketball education value.(2)To improve the evaluation system,fund management,competition system,incentive policies,relevant training,grassroots management personnel and internal activity management of all grassroots schools,and improve the organization and management system of campus basketball activities.(3)Making full use of the advantages of the spread of the modern media,from books(materials),newspapers,radio,web advertising,television,news media and other publicity way,increase the activity of the campus basketball game live report of the positive influence and dynamics,increase the students some successful cases of special report,caused the school leaders,teachers,parents and students' attention,to expand the campus basketball activity degree of attention and support.(4)Basketball characteristic school actively carries out extracurricular activities related to campus basketball to attract students to participate in a variety of basketball extracurricular activities.Secondly,the school needs to pay more attention to campus basketball training,and the coaches make scientific and reasonable training plans.(5)To build a reasonable system of campus basketball competition,competition organization unit should establish a "horizontal" and "vertical" around the city and henan province league system,actively organize basketball game of all types and at all levels,provides opportunities to all level of basketball interest students to participate in the competition,improve the initiative of the students to actively participate in basketball.(6)Strengthen the construction of basketball teachers on campus,expand the number of basketball teachers on campus,optimize the quality of basketball teachers on campus,and increase the training and assessment system for basketball teachers on campus.(7)Comprehensively integrate the "government-society-school" forces,expand the financial support for campus basketball activities in Henan Province,and broaden the financing channels for campus basketball activities in Henan Province from multiple angles.(8)Relevant government departments and schools should attach great importance to the construction of field facilities,increase funding,strengthen work efforts,maximize the utilization rate of field facilities,and provide material and field guarantee for campus basketball activities.
