The Current Status Of The Pilot Work Of Campus Basketball Promotion In Henan Province And Strategy Research

China’s competitive basketball has achieved brilliant achievements.However,in recent years,the status of basketball in the world and even Asia has gradually declined.The reason is that many contradictory problems in the theory and practice of reserve talents for athletic basketball,especially young people’s campus basketball talents,are becoming more and more prominent.Incentives are particularly insufficient.In order to implement the spirit of the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening Physical Education to Promote the Physical and Mental Health of Students in an All-round Way," the school comprehensively promotes the comprehensive reform of school sports,and vigorously promotes the level of basketball physical education,extra-curricular activities,teacher training,and training for teenagers,2016.In September of this year,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Circular on the Pilot Work of Campus Basketball Promotion." The Department of Education of Henan Province formulated the "Basic Requirements for Pilot Schools for Campus Basketball in Henan Province(Trial)".A survey was conducted on the current status of basketball in the pilot basketball schools in Henan Province.In conjunction with the Basic Requirements(Trial),the actual situation of the experimental basketball schools in Henan Province was analyzed and summarized to find out the causes and causes,and the causes of the problems were analyzed in depth.A reasonable and scientific development strategy is proposed to promote better development of basketball on campus and better development of basketball.Using literature,survey methods(expert interviews,questionnaire surveys),mathematics methods,etc.,20 pilot schools(three primary schools,six junior high schools,six high schools,and a complete secondary school)for three pilot basketball schools in Zhengzhou,Luoyang,and Jiyuan(2)The following research results were obtained from the investigation of organizational leadership,conditional guarantees,education and teaching,competition training,and risk control.(1)The basketball pilot schools in Henan Province have a small number of basketball professional backgrounds,fewer physical education teachers participate in basketball training each year,and fewer schools implement special sports subsidies and competition results to include job titles,and the number of basketball courts and equipment in schools cannot be completed.To meet student use,school sports funding is insufficient.(2)The basketball teaching concept of the Henan Basketball Pilot School was not updated in a timely manner.85% of the surveyed basketball pilot schools did not develop basketball school textbooks.(3)The basketball pilot school of Henan Province invites basketball experts outside the school to teach the teaching training competition every year.The students participate in basketball training mainly in the form of extracurricular training in the school.(4)68.4% of the surveyed schools did not formulate emergency plans for safety medical treatment;safety education and publicity were not enough;4 basketball pilot schools did not set up safety education courses.The basketball strategy in the basketball school in Henan Province carried out the strategy: to recruit professional basketball physical education teachers and strengthen the training of physical education teachers;to implement the special sports subsidy;to include the competition results into the title evaluation;to broaden sources of funding;to increase the number of basketball teaching and training venues and equipment;to update basketball teaching The idea is to develop basketball school-based textbooks in a rational manner;to build a school that combines all the new models,to strengthen the guidance of basketball experts outside the school;and to formulate safety medical emergency plans and strengthen safety education and publicity.
