| Since 1918,the national education and sports departments have issued relevant policies on introducing Wushu into the campus in the form of documents to carry out the work of Wushu into the campus.Whether from the needs of the development of school students’ education or from the need of Wushu as the transmission and inheritance of traditional Chinese culture,Wushu into the campus has become an important form of Wushu promotion.Henan Province,as a major province of Wushu,is bound to play a vital role in the spread and inheritance of Wushu.Therefore,in order to play a leading role in the national martial arts,Henan Sports Bureau and Henan Education Department jointly decided to build 120 martial arts characteristic schools in the province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,and jointly agreed on a set of fixed promotion model.Promotion model structure is reasonable and scientific,and has achieved remarkable results.By 2018,a total of 89 Henan Wushu characteristic schools have been named.Henan martial arts campus promotion mode is mainly promoted in the form of the construction of martial arts characteristic schools,which is divided into seven links: document requirements Notification-Construction-declaration and preliminary examination-on-the-spot acceptance-Naming and licensing-Review-competition.This paper takes the promotion mode of martial arts in Henan Province as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and interview,it studies and analyses the current situation of the establishment of the promotion mode of martial arts in Henan Province and the campus martial arts work under the promotion of the mode,and finds out the excellent experience and problems in each link,and puts forward the problems one by one.In order to further improve the promotion mode of Henan Wushu on campus,we should adjust and control the various links of the promotion mode,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of the promotion of Henan Wushu on campus,and ensure the long-term effectiveness of the results of campus Wushu work.Firstly,the paper introduces the distribution of 89 schools with Wushu characteristics in the first three batches of Henan Province,the cognitive level of leaders and teachers,the students’ interest in Wushu courses,the setting of Wushu courses,the development of extra-curricular activities of Wushu,the allocation of Wushu teachers,the participation of schools in Wushu competitions,the allocation of special funds for Wushu,the allocation of Wushu venues and facilities.Ten aspects of the status quo were investigated and analyzed on the spot.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation,the paper finds out the different problems of the excellent campus Wushu promotion experience in each link from the document notification link,the construction link,the field acceptance link,the naming and licensing link,the review link and the competition link.In the process of document notification,there are two excellent experiences: document requirement is more comprehensive,the mode of combining education with sports promotion is more reasonable.There are three problems:inadequate mobilization in the early stage of construction,inadequate coordination in the late stage of construction,and deviation in school distribution.In the construction process,there are principal training classes to ensure the smooth development of work and teacher training classes to improve martial arts.Excellent experience in two aspects of the construction quality of characteristic schools are as follows: the responsibilities of grass-roots administrative departments are not clear enough,the funds are insufficient to restrict the development of school work,the shortage of teachers reduces the construction efficiency,the lack of guidance of Wushu zero-basic schools,the over-task of campus Wushu work,the difference of workload caused by the number gap,the insufficient training of Wushu teaching forms,and the influence of campus Wushu construction.There are eight aspects of the educational curriculum plan;excellent experience in improving the pass rate and promoting the comprehensive and reasonable quantitative indicators in the preliminary examination stage,and one problem in the absence of evaluation personnel in the education sector;excellent experience in the field acceptance stage in three aspects: multi-faceted evaluation by evaluation experts,improving the efficiency of grouping and zoning,and quantifying the comprehensive standards of evaluation content reasonably.There are two problems: serious shortage of indoor and outdoor venues and facilities,serious impact of unexpected conditions on inspection work;in the naming and licensing link,excellent experience in two aspects: cooperation between sports and education departments to improve school recognition,material incentives to improve school construction motivation,and inadequate influence of licensing form and inadequate proportion of gains and construction costs;in the review link,there are two problems.There is an excellent experience of dynamic naming to continue the quality of campus Wushu construction,there is a problem of lack of reward and punishment system;in the competition link,there is an excellent experience of mutual learning and common promotion of construction experience,and there is a problem of imperfect competition reward.At the end of the paper,according to the problems existing in the promotion mode of martial arts in Henan province,corresponding measures and Countermeasures for each link need to be regulated and controlled are put forward.In the document notification link: strengthensports and education cooperation,clear division of tasks;reasonable guidance,comprehensive promotion.In the construction link,we should improve the teachers’ construction system and improve the quality of Wushu curriculum;establish a special funding system to stabilize the foundation of campus Wushu construction;strengthen the follow-up guidance to improve the quality of school construction;attach importance to basic training of Wushu to promote the sustainable development of campus Wushu;formulate different scoring rules according to the number of schools;rationally arrange school work to avoid affecting teaching.Learning order.In the field acceptance process,we should formulate a reasonable practice plan to solve the problem of insufficient venues,attach importance to the education of martial arts moral educators,improve the cultural system of campus martial arts,and include the inspection work in the plan to show the construction results efficiently.In the process of naming and licensing,we should improve the sense of licensing ceremony to meet the school’s sense of achievement,establish a ladder reward system to continue the construction enthusiasm.In the review process,we should improve the measure of rewards and punishments,and keep the quality of campus martial arts.In the competition link,we should improve the level of collective reward and establish the system of individual achievement combined with segment.Through this study,I hope to put forward effective suggestions for the promotion of Henan Wushu on campus,especially for the construction of Henan Wushu characteristic schools coordinated by Henan Sports Bureau and Henan Education Department,to promote the long-term and high-quality development of Henan campus Wushu,and to provide some reference for other provinces and cities in the process of promoting Wushu on campus. |
