Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,basketball in China has developed vigorously.However,the bottleneck of basketball professionalization reform,the low level of mass basketball and the lagging development of campus basketball still exist.The most important reason is the serious lack and fault in the cultivation of basketball youth reserve talents.In 2014,NBA China reached a strategic partnership with the ministry of education to comprehensively promote the popularity of basketball in primary and middle schools by holding basic basketball activities,Jr.NBA league and national teacher training.In 2016,the general office of the ministry of education announced the pilot units of campus basketball promotion.A total of 50 primary and secondary schools in zhengzhou,luoyang and jiyuan of henan province were named.The construction and development of campus basketball needs a large number of professional teachers,and teachers are the primary resources of the education reform.At present,there is a lack of investigation on the training needs of basketball teachers in the top-down training of campus basketball teachers.As a result,the training needs of basketball teachers cannot be satisfied,which affects the construction and development of campus basketball.The purpose of this study is to analyze the training needs of basketball teachers in schools with campus basketball characteristics in henan province,propose solutions and provide theoretical basis and practical value for the training.This study campus basketball characteristic school teacher training demand in henan province as the research object,by looking at "the plan" culture,the status quo of campus football and campus basketball,teacher training and training needs of literature,understand the related situation of the campus basketball in henan province and the design,release and recycling questionnaire and in-depth interview with relevant experts,and finally USES the mathematical statistics and logic analysis to refine the collected data and recording carefully summarize.The following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the age structure of basketball teachers in campus basketball schools in henan province is reasonable and the teaching age structure is balanced.In terms of professional titles,more than 90 percent of the basketball teachers of the second level and the first level of the secondary education;The number of full-time basketball teachers is decreasing in zhengzhou,luoyang and jiyuan.The situation of special education and athlete level reflects the theoretical knowledge and professional ability of basketball teachers.Secondly,the challenge for the campus basketball characteristic school teachers in henan province,and makes the basketball training will focus on student organization management and teachers teaching problem solving,to solve the campus construction lag behind the lack of women’s class,women’s basketball team and schedule problems involving training content,fill a vacancy basketball big recess,and the campus culture festival content such as design of training guidance;The professional level and quantity of training basketball teachers,the contradiction between learning and training and the special funds should be optimized and improved from the administrative level.Thirdly,in the analysis of the needs of basketball teachers in schools with campus basketball characteristics in henan province,the main purpose of basketball teachers is to get in touch with cutting-edge theoretical knowledge and solve teaching problems.The new method of basketball teaching of theoretical knowledge and the ability of tactical design in technical knowledge are more needed.Basketball teachers prefer interactive training;Basketball teachers prefer basketball experts and professors as trainers;The choice of winter and summer vacation,training twice a year,a training 4-6 days more in line with the needs of basketball teachers training time;It is more practical to manage campus basketball together with training units.Skill testing is the most recognized form of assessment;Among other requirements,the main contradiction is the special fund for basketball and related policy supervision,while the secondary contradiction is to strengthen the basketball competition system on campus and the school support.It is essential to increase the number of training places and improve the after-school training of basketball teachers.
