A Study On The Construction Of "Campus Basketball" Pilot Schools In Henan Province

Declining in recent years our country juvenile physical quality,the problems in the course of physical education teaching reform continuously emerging,for this kind of condition country issued "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on strengthening youth sports to enhance the opinions of the younster health,such as multiple files,aims to solve the problem of juvenile physical health.However,China's youth physical health problem is still serious.Office in August 2016,the ministry of education to national eleven provinces(municipalities)(commission)of the department of education issued the notice on campus basketball advancing pilot work,will be in Beijing,Henan and other 11 provinces(municipalities)as the campus basketball the pilot areas,each area 50 pilot schools,including 30 primary schools,primary and high 20(including complete secondary school).Henan province,as one of the first pilot areas for promoting campus basketball,has been developing campus basketball activities in June 2016 and teacher training in August 2016 for nearly two years.Junior high school is the foundation education stage in the crucial stage,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and adolescent health of body and mind development important stage,to the health of teenagers physique,indomitable spirit,unity and cooperation consciousness,the formation of a correct world outlook and life development has a decisive role in the future.Therefore,in view of the Henan province in the early middle period of the pilot school campus basketball nearly two years of construction condition investigation and analysis,can better understand the status of the construction of campus basketball in Henan province and the problems that appear,for the period in early middle school of Henan province to the construction of campus basketball better and how to better with the construction of campus basketball in the elementary school,high school offer some Suggestions and countermeasures.This research by using methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis to the junior high school basketball in the pilot schools in Henan province hardware facilities,sources of funds and so on various aspects of investigation and study,the following conclusions:1.The period of campus basketball pilot school of Henan province in the early middle school each work is carried out step by step,improve the organizational leadership mechanism,the basketball teaching,large recess activities,extracurricular activities,extracurricular training basic normal,space equipment and teaching training facilities up to the national standards,for the development of the campus basketball laid a good foundation.2.At the beginning of high school in Henan province section of the campus basketball pilot high school physical education teachers' professional skills and professional quality,to better carry out the pilot school campus basketball activity provides a good security software,but along with the further campus basketball activities,as well as the establishment of the campus basketball league at various levels and the development of the sports culture festival,carnival,the pilot school physical education teachers' professional skills and professional requirements and quantity demand will be further improved.3.Now in Henan province all levels of school basketball league competition system more perfect and scientific and reasonable,and the campus basketball skills challenge competition system is also the national basketball league campus and NBA China jointly compiled by the skills challenge instruction manual "in order to carry out the construction,under the guidance of the school basketball league system is still need to speed up the construction.4.In Henan province,most school basketball pilots overlap with football schools in the primary and middle schools,resulting in the contradiction between teaching and training in terms of time and venue.Special funds for campus basketball activities of all pilot schools are especially insufficient.5.In some pilot schools,the construction of basketball courses and school-based courses,basketball recess,extracurricular activities and extracurricular training should be accelerated.The treatment of physical education teachers has not been properly guaranteed,the safety of students' sports activities is still serious,and various rules and regulations concerning the development of campus basketball work have not yet been established and improved.
