For a long time,the physical health of adolescents is an issue that the party and the country attach great importance to.In the process of growth and development of adolescents,the age stage of junior high school students is a key period for developing physical function and improving physical fitness.Endurance quality is one of the most important physical qualities of the human body.Improving the endurance quality of junior high school students is a major Physical fitness is very important.The research is based on the effect of Crossfit training on the endurance quality of junior high school students.and 90 students in each of the third and fourth classes of the 79 th and eighth grades of Zhengzhou City are used as experimental subjects.Research on training effects.The purpose is to explore how to better grasp the sensitive period of junior high school students 'endurance quality development,improve the training effect of junior high school students,so as to achieve the deep integration of physical training and school physical education,and provide scientific theories to further improve students' physical fitness and physical performance.Basis and reasonable advice.The research methods mainly used the literature method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.Use the literature method to summarize and comment on the research background of the paper and the previous research status;use the interview method to obtain the opinions and suggestions of relevant experts on the research direction,basic structure,evaluation indicators;use the experimental method to carry out a total of 9 weeks The 18-hour training experiment compares the changes in the aerobic endurance,anaerobic endurance,dynamic strength endurance,and static strength endurance of the two classes,and explores the effect of Crossfit training on the endurance quality of junior high school students.After the experiment,the following results were obtained:1.The average value of vital capacity,1000-meter running performance and 800-meter running performance of the experimental group trained with the Crossfit system was higher than before the experiment,but there was no significant difference;after the experiment,the experimental group was compared with the control group that carried out routine endurance training.,There is no significant difference.2.The average value of the 400-meter running performance of the experimental group is higher than that before the experiment.There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.The average value of the experimental group is higher and there is a significant difference.3.The average score of one-minute sit-ups in the experimental group in pull-ups is higher than before the experiment,which is very significant.The average score of the tablet support is higher than before the experiment,and there is a significant difference;after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group In the comparison of the average scores of pull-ups,one-minute sit-ups and tablet support,the average scores of the experimental group were higher and there were significant differences.The study reached the following conclusions:1.Crossfit training has no significant effect on improving the vital capacity of junior high school students and their running performance at 1000 meters and 800 meters.2.Crossfit training can significantly improve the junior high school students' 400-meter running performance,and it is better than conventional endurance training in improving the anaerobic endurance quality of junior high school students.3.Crossfit training can significantly improve the performance of junior high school students in pull-ups and sit-ups,and it is better than conventional endurance training in improving the power strength endurance quality of junior high school students.4.Crossfit training can significantly improve the junior high school students' flat support performance,and improve the static strength endurance quality of junior high school students better than conventional endurance training.
