Willpower is the personality psychological quality that a person consciously determines the goal and dominates according to the goal,adjusts his own action,overcomes all kinds of difficulties,and thus realizes the goal.Willpower can give people a profound purpose,do not retreat in the face of difficulties;in complex situations calm and rapid judgment of what happened,take firm measures and actions,decisively deal with things;in the face of setbacks and failures,adjust their emotions,control their own behavior;with perseverance,overcome setbacks and difficulties,achieve their set goals.According to the research results in recent years,it can be seen that the willpower level of middle school students is generally apparent The trend of decline,strong dependence,lack of confidence to overcome difficulties,less enterprising phenomenon prominent.Because middle distance running sports not only need to have good endurance quality but also need strong willpower to achieve good sports performance.But in reality,the overall achievement of 800m/1000 m middle school students in our country is in a declining situation at present.Therefore,improving the endurance quality of junior middle school students and enhancing their willpower are an urgent problem to be solved in modern junior middle school physical education work.To this end,this paper tries to verify the effective method of improving the willpower of junior middle school students by carrying out different strength endurance quality training for junior middle school students,so as to provide reference for improving the quality education level of junior middle school students.This study divided the strength of endurance training into five grades according to the heart rate,corresponding to the experimental group of 130/ min?140/ min?150/ min?160/min?170/ min..Through the above 5 kinds of strength endurance running training to improve the endurance quality and willpower level of middle school students,and through the test before and after the test of students' will strength table to verify which strength endurance quality training is more effective for the improvement of students' willpower.In this paper,five kinds of endurance quality training with different intensity are designed and tested by means of literature method,investigation method and experimental teaching method.Finally,the data are sorted and analyzed by mathematical statistics method,and the following research results are obtained:By correlation analysis,the p value of high intensity and low intensity endurance quality is greater than 0.05,there is no significant difference between high intensity and low intensity endurance quality training on students' willpower,and the improvement of students' willpower is not significant.p values of lower intensity,medium intensity and higher intensity are less than 0.05,which has significant difference to students' willpower,and then measured the willpower after lower intensity The results showed that there were significant differences between the three types of strength p<0.05.The results showed that the medium strength endurance quality training was the most effective to improve the students' willpower.The medium strength endurance quality training was the most suitable strength to improve the students' willpower.Conclusion:1.There is no significant difference in students' willpower after 130 beats / min,training in 1.low-intensity group.The reason why students' willpower did not improve is that theexercise intensity is small,the difficulty is too low,students can easily complete the training.2.the lower intensity group students' heart rate to 140 beats / min,had a significant difference in students' willpower,one student's willpower decreased,the lower intensity of endurance quality training intensity will be greater than the lower intensity of endurance quality training intensity,some students are stimulated,but through analysis,the stimulation of students is relatively small and students appear to decline state,is not the most appropriate intensity to improve students' willpower.3.strength group students' heart rate of 150 beats / min,has a significant effect on students' willpower,and no students' willpower decline.The strength of medium strength endurance quality training is higher than that of low intensity group.4.the heart rate of the students in the higher intensity group reached 160 beats / min,after the higher intensity endurance quality training,there were significant differences in the students' willpower,but the willpower of many students decreased,the intensity of the higher intensity endurance quality training was higher,the students were difficult to overcome,which easily led to the loss of self-confidence,resulting in the students' training motivation decreased,and the scores of the students' willpower decreased.Low strength endurance quality training is not the most suitable strength to improve students.5.the heart rate of the students in the high intensity group was 170 beats / min,,there was no significant difference in the students' willpower.The training intensity of the high intensity group was the largest in the five groups.6.high intensity and low intensity training have no significant effect on students' willpower,lower intensity endurance quality,medium intensity endurance quality training,and high intensity endurance quality training have a significant effect on students' willpower.through analysis,medium intensity is the most suitable intensity to improve students' willpower.
