Research On The Effect Of "YOYO Running" On The Endurance Quality Of Junior High School Students

With the increase of the physical education score of Hubei Province to 50 in the middle school entrance examination in 2020,the physical education performance of junior middle school students has quickly attracted the attention of parents and school teachers,and the endurance running project is the top priority.In order to explore the training methods of junior middle school students' endurance quality,this paper applies "YOYO running" to junior middle school students' endurance quality training,in order to explore the impact of "YOYO running" on junior middle school students' endurance quality.In this paper,methods like literature review and synthesis,expert interview and mathematical statistics were applied.60 students from two classes in Grade 8 of a junior high school were selected for a 10-week comparison experiment in Yichang City,Hubei Province.After being trained for 10 weeks,the following results from the selected students are as follows:(1)Scores of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment had no obvious difference between the 1000 m and 800 m,but a significant difference can be seen between them before and after the experiment.(2)The immediate heart rate didn't differ significantly between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in the performance of each group as well.(3)There was no statistically significant difference in the 1-minute heart rate between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,but the rate decreased obviously in the experimental group greater than that of the control group.(4)Spirometry between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment did not differ,despite the significant increase of spirometry in each group after the experiment,the enhancement in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group.(5)There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in “YOYO runing”performance after the experiment.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis of the results:(1)After 10 weeks of training,the two training methods can improve students' endurance quality,but "YOYO runing" has a better effect on students' endurance quality training.(2)Compared with the traditional endurance training methods in schools,"YOYO runing" has more obvious training effects on students' 1-minute heart rate,vital capacity and "YOYO runing".
