| Obesity is one of the most concerned issues in the 21 st century.As the hope of the future of the country,the health status of adolescents is closely related not only to individuals and families,but also to social development.Junior high school as an important stage of development of young people,the problem of obesity of junior high school students can not be ignored.For obese junior high school students,physical obesity not only greatly reduces their physical quality,but also leads to the decline of endurance training quality.In addition,the decline of physical endurance quality of junior high school students will have a great impact on their enrollment and school enrollment,which is related to their own Long term development.Therefore,whether from the perspective of physical education or from the perspective of students' own development,it is necessary to strengthen the training of physical endurance quality of obese students in junior high school.Through the research,aerobic exercise has a significant effect on the endurance and fat reduction of obese people.Campus aerobics is a kind of moderate intensity aerobic exercise.As a school exercise project,campus aerobics has a strong operability for obese students to carry out endurance quality training.Objective: To explore the effect of campus aerobics on the endurance quality of obese students in junior high school through experimental research on the intervention of campus aerobic exercise on obese students in junior high school,and provide further research theory and practical research materials in promoting endurance quality of obese students.Methods: The paper used the literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and case interview method to conduct research.In this study,from the physical examination report form of the junior and second grade students in the Experimental Middle School of Zichuan Development Zone,40 students who were simply obese with a weight of 60-70 kg,a height of 1.61-1.67 meters,and an average age of 12 years were selected as experimental subjects.A questionnaire survey identified36 obese students who were ultimately willing to participate in the experiment.According to the needs of the experiment,36 students were divided into groups according to their gender,and their height,weight,and BMI were randomly assigned.Each group had 18 subjects,and all subjects had the same exercise time.Carry out a 12-week teaching experiment.The experimental group uses the campus aerobics exercise method,and the control group uses the endurance running exercise method.The cardiopulmonary function and endurance running test are used as the standard to evaluate the endurance quality of the students.Quality change.According to the data obtained in the teaching experiment,the test results of the cardiopulmonary function test results and endurance running test results of the experimental group before and after the experiment are analyzed,and the differences of the cardiopulmonary function test results and endurance run test results of the control group before and after the experiment.Sex test results and analysis,two groups of subjects were measured and studied before and after the experiment,and other aspects were discussed and researched.Finally,the impact of the campus aerobics program and endurance running program on the endurance quality of junior middle school obese students was analyzed.Concluded as follow:1.In the experimental group,after 12 weeks of campus aerobics exercise,the heart rate eased,the vital capacity increased,and the performance of endurance running improved.In the control group,there was no significant effect on cardiopulmonary function.Campus aerobics is helpful to promote the development of endurance quality of obese students.2.The results show that the campus aerobics is of great significance to the control of body weight and the improvement of obesity.3.Regular large-scale exercise has no significant positive effect on promoting the physical development,reducing fat and improving endurance running performance of obese students.4.Campus aerobics exercise arouses students' interest in physical exercise higher than regular exercise in large class,and can improve students' participation and enthusiasm in physical exercise more effectively. |
