With the country's increasing emphasis on sports,various documents on the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities have been released.How to promote students' enthusiasm for participation in physical education classes through classroom evaluation,and improve learning results,has become an urgent problem for the majority of sports workers.To solve this problem,on the basis of referring to foreign “Assessment-Driven” teaching methods,combining with the cognitive situation and skill level of college students in China,Starting from the basketball sports project,on the basis of following the general rules of sports skill teaching and the state of students' psychological development,the college students' basketball participation level should be improved.Therefore,students' lifelong sports awareness is cultivated when the national policy is responsed and the students' physical is enhanced.For this reason,this study aims to explore the differences between the evaluation-driven teaching method and the traditional teaching method through investigating literatures,expert interviews,issuing questionnaires,and teaching experiments.And the application effect of the evaluation-driven teaching method is verified to provide relevant theoretical and practical references.Through a semester of teaching experiments,it is verified that evaluation-driven teaching can be applied to the teaching of basketball in colleges and universities,and that evaluation-driven teaching has a significant effect on improving students' learning effects in kinds of aspects.Through a semester of teaching experiments,it is verified that evaluation-driven teaching can be applied to the teaching of basketball in colleges and universities,and that difference in the effect of the evaluation-driven teaching method and the traditional teaching method on thestudents' physical fitness in a short time(p> 0.05).2.the cognitive aspect of basketball.Evaluation-driven teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in promoting students' cognitive ability(p<0.01).3.basketball skills.The teaching experiment results show that,compared with the traditional teaching method,in addition to the indicators of dribbling and passing the ball during travel(p>0.05),the evaluation-driven teaching method has a more significant effect on the improvement of students' skill learning(p<0.01).4.aspects of students' emotional field.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the evaluation-driven teaching method can improve students 'classroom participation and stimulate students' learning interest and sports motivation(p<0.01).According to the above research results,the research conclusions are as follows:1.In the classroom implementation of evaluation-driven teaching method,because of its emphasis on the characteristics of basketball theoretical knowledge and sports skills learning,the intervention effect on students' physical fitness during a complete semester is not obvious.2.the evaluation-driven teaching method focuses on giving play to the concept of classroom evaluation,focusing on the process teaching of basic basketball knowledge,enabling students to fully understand the value and theoretical knowledge of basketball and effectively promoting the development of students' basketball cognitive ability.3.The classroom of evaluation-driven teaching method attaches importance to let students participate in skills evaluation,so that students always see the distance between themselves and their goals.Through the design of tasks such as basketball skill checklists and performance evaluations,we continuously collect evidence of students 'classroom development and give instant feedback to drive students' classroom skills learning and effectively improve teaching effectiveness.4.the evaluation-driven teaching method gives students full trust through practice goal setting,pays more attention to the performance of students' learning processes rather than results,and fully explores the learning potential of students.In the energetic and enthusiastic classroom atmosphere,enhance their classroom participation,so as to continuously enhance students' learning interest and cultivatetheir good teamwork and collectivism qualities.Based on the above analysis,the research shows that the evaluation-driven teaching method can effectively promote students 'basketball cognition,motor skills learning and improve students' emotional tendency.It can be used as a teaching method of college physical education and applied to basketball courses.This study suggests that:1.Teacher professional development.Teachers should formulate specific evaluation tasks and standards in accordance with the semester plan in the teaching work,and learn the latest educational goals.Based on a deep understanding of students,find the direction of classroom teaching,and effectively integrate teaching and evaluation together,fundamentally improve the relationship between teaching and evaluation.2.Classroom evaluation.Compared with the traditional teaching,the evaluation-driven classroom concept cannot replace the traditional basketball teaching in a short time,so it can be regarded as an effective way to supplement the classroom teaching.Focusing on the goal-oriented teaching paradigm,classroom assessment tasks are integrated into the teaching process,and various types of evidence for student development are requested.Based on feedback analysis of the evidence,students are continuously promoted to learn,and the classroom evaluation monitoring mechanism is brought into play.3.Student learning ability.It should be seen that students' learning ability does not improve significantly in the passive teaching environment for a long time.Therefore,it is necessary to explore ways to enhance students' autonomous learning ability.For example,let students participate in the process of classroom evaluation,pay attention to the connection between classroom discussions and performance tasks,so that students can always see their learning changes,and their self-confidence and sense of achievement are continuously enhanced through evaluation and other means.In addition,individual dedication and group growth files can be established to form an effective teaching realm for students' autonomous learning based on innovative classroom task reward systems.
