| With the development of the times and the continuous progress of science,we have lived in the era of the Internet.Whether in life or in learning,we have been brought convenience by the Internet.The Internet has changed our way of life,improved our quality of life,and improved our learning ability.Therefore,it is a problem we should study in depth to make rational use of the Internet to create better service for us.This research takes the application of the O2 O teaching mode in College Basketball Optional Courses as the research object.The purpose of this study is to explore the theory,method and effect of the application of the O2 O teaching mode in College Basketball Optional courses,the research methods include documentation,expert interview,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.According to the operation mode and its constituent elements of the O2 O teaching mode,this paper first discusses the basic theory of the O2 O teaching mode,then analyses the theory and method of the application of the O2 O teaching mode in the College Basketball Optional course,and introduces the actual classroom teaching to demonstrate the application effect in the Basketball Optional course.Finally,it puts forward the teaching value of the application of the O2 O teaching mode in the College Basketball Optional course.The research draws the following results: through the teaching experiment,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the O2 O teaching mode has no significant improvement in physical fitness;in terms of basketball skill evaluation and standards,the O2 O teaching mode is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode;in terms of basketball theoretical knowledge,the result of using the O2 O teaching mode is significantly higher than that of using the traditional teaching mode;in the aspect of exercise attitude,the O2 O teaching mode is obviously better than the traditional teaching mode.On the other hand,compared with the traditional teaching mode,students prefer the O2 O teaching mode to carry out Basketball Optional Courseteaching,which effectively improves students’ interest in learning.The research draws the following conclusions: In the teaching of College Basketball Optional courses,the use of O2 O teaching mode is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode in terms of basketball technical skills learning and meeting the standards,as well as basketball theoretical knowledge learning.The combination of various forms of teaching means and the coexistence of various forms of communication make teaching more targeted to each student.At the same time,the online release of basketball teaching information enables basketball to integrate into students’ daily life,allows students to learn basketball anytime and anywhere,and builds a good basketball learning environment for students.Make students more fond of basketball class and willing to participate in classroom teaching. |
