| With the rapid development of the digital information age,the methods of physical education are constantly updated under the impetus of science and technology.Especially in the 5G era, with the support of information technology such as virtual and reality technologies, the application of new and old teaching methods has become a new hot spot.,And the gradual evolution of the teaching method of representation training is a typical example.Wushu routine teaching is the core content of martial arts teaching, and the improvement of the cognitive level of action representation can promote the learning effect of students. How to use existing teaching methods to combine the corresponding teaching conditions and to realize the improvement of teaching effect in the face of different teaching objects is the key. This research starts with the representational training and the representational training method, expounds its development context and formation process from multiple angles, and clarifies the significance of representational training in martial arts teaching. The focus of the research is to use representation training as the core teaching method, using different forms of video and pictures as the teaching medium, and using the typical traditional martial arts type Shaolin boxing as the content, and conduct teaching experimental research in college public physical education optional courses. This study mainly used the method of literature data, expert interviews,Imagery training, teaching experiment, and mathematical statistics. The 60 students who took the martial arts course in the clinical major part of the Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College were mainly "simplified Shaolin boxing".The image training method needs attention: the difference between the selection of teaching experiment content and the survey object is not significant;the visual and kinesthetic image of the experimental group and the control group are tested before the experiment;the teaching effect inspection and evaluation process avoids subjectivity.Teaching experiment research.Research indicates:Imagery training method. Before the simplification of the martial arts teaching process of “Shaolin boxing”,the experimental group and the control group have no significant differences in the representational abilities and cognition of martial arts(P>0.05);After the presentation training teaching, the martial arts performance evaluation of the experimental group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the presentation training method teaching can enhance students’ selfconfidence and shorten students’ memory of movements Time has improved the efficiency of students’ learning of martial arts movements.;After the teaching experiment, the Imagery training method directly improved the students’ routine exercise level(P<0.05).The score evaluation is mainly based on five aspects: complete routine, shoddiness, fluency in exercise, standard movement, and overall level; The simplification of the teaching of “Shaolin Boxing” through the representational training method helps the students to further understand the movement configuration of defense and attack in the routine teaching.Martial arts routines are not simple movement arrange events, which play a positive role in the spread of traditional Martial arts culture.effect.Based on the conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: This research is mainly based on the Shaolin boxing movements in the martial arts routine teaching. The actual teaching effect of the representational training method shows that this method is suitable for teaching applications of different levels and different projects;the representational training method is used in the martial arts routine teaching The application will be disturbed by the emotions and motivations of participants, and teachers need to explain and give specific guidance to students during the teaching process. The application of the representational training method is suitable for different times and environments, guiding students to actively participate in a variety of conditions such as pre-class preview and after-class review. |
