China has always attached great importance to poetry.The rhythm of poetry brings people the enjoyment of beauty.With the increase of the proportion of modern poetry in the unified edition textbooks,the scope of poetry themes has been expanded.The Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education also puts forward corresponding requirements for modern poetry teaching in different periods.Under the circumstances,a series of changes have taken place in Chinese teaching in primary schools,but there are still some problems in the actual teaching,such as single interpretation of poetry text and low interest of students.Therefore,paying attention to the current situation of modern poetry teaching is of great significance to further stimulate students' interest in modern poetry learning and improve the quality of Chinese poetry teaching in primary schools.This paper makes a general analysis of modern poetry teaching in primary schools from the historical development of modern poetry teaching in modern China and the current teaching situation.This paper analyzes the relevant literature.First of all,from the late Qing Dynasty to the founding of the People's Republic of China,the modern poetry teaching in primary schools in our country gradually tends to focus on the artistic characteristics of poetry,pay attention to the cognitive characteristics and emotional experience of students.Secondly,this paper analyzes the text of modern poetry in textbooks.This paper analyzes the text of the selected modern poems in the textbook and compares the unified edition and the original edition of the textbook from two aspects: the distribution of the items and the change of the subject matter.Thus,it is found that the attention to modern poetry in the textbooks of the integrated edition has been enhanced,the distribution of the contents is more even,and the cultivation of students' life and aesthetic interest has been emphasized.In addition,this paper analyzes the situation of modern poetry teaching in primary schools through questionnaire survey and class example analysis.While investigating the students' cognition,attitude,learning methods and ways of modern poetry,this paper analyzes seven modern poetry teaching lessons from three dimensions: the guidance of modern poetry expression to teaching content,the guidance of emotion source to teachingcontent and the influence of different students' cognitive characteristics on teaching content.On this basis,combining with the historical development of modern poetry teaching context and the current situation,we find that there are some problems in the current primary school Chinese teaching,such as the lack of pertinence in poetry reading;the lack of coherence in the teaching of background analysis;the difficulty in multi-interpretation of modern poetry.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from three aspects: repeatedly reading,strengthening the image of poetry;focusing on the unique emotional experience and carrying out multiple interpretation;paying attention to students' cognitive characteristics,integrating teaching resources.
