Research On Selection And Training Mechanism Of Counselors In Higher Vocational Colleges

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:"The people have faith,the nation has hope and the country has strength."As the backbone of China's future development,the healthy development of contemporary college students is crucial,but also to establish a firm communist belief.Counselor team is the main force to guide the healthy development of C ollege students,but also the guide to lead college students towards faith.The Ministry of Education has pointed out that college counselors are professionals who perform the duties of students'work in Colleges and universities.They should undergo systematic training and training,and then cultivate excellent talents with good professional ethics and professional knowledge and skills.Studying the selection and training mechanism of college counselors can provide professional development path for counselors,realize the professionalization,specialization and expertization of counselors,and provide strong talent support for the vigorous development of education in China.At the same time,it is also conducive to the education and training of College students,so that students with culture,quality,ideals and beliefs become the mainstay of the country's prosperity and development.In view of the selection and training mechanism of College counselors,this study will explore what is the core of the selection and training mechanism of College counselors,and how to select and cultivate them.Specific research ideas are:to establish the scope of research,explore the connotation,grasp the status quo,learn from foreign experience,and put forward countermeasures.In accordance with the above steps,this paper starts from the following four parts:The first part is the theoretical hypothesis of the selection and training of College counselors.It defines the relevant concepts,puts forward the index system of selection and training,and discusses the theoretical and practical basis of the theoretical hypothesis.The second part is the research on the current situation of the selection and training mechanism of counselors in Higher Vocational colleges.It raises questions and carries on the reason analysis from various angles.The third part is a comparative study,through the comparison with the selection and training of foreign university student affairs administrators,to find out the experience for reference.The fourth part is to explore the countermeasures to improve the selection and training mechanism of counselors in Higher Vocational colleges,so as to really and effectively promote the selection and training of excellent counselors in Higher Vocational colleges.
