College counselors are the important part of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,is to guide the healthy growth of students and instructors.The quality of the college counselors' team determines the effect of ideological and political education and the overall quality of the students to a large extent.How to improve the overall quality of college counselors,strengthen the construction of college counselors,is an important issue to improve the ideological and political education of college students.The role of college counselors diversification,heavy task,social responsibility will lead to college counselors can successfully cope with pressures at work,which makes counselors lose their work enthusiasm,reduce the work efficiency,occupation burnout,influence of college counselors,and proposed the construction of college counselor incentive mechanism has a practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss the problem of job burnout and incentive mechanism of college counselors.The first chapter introduces the background of the selected topic,the significance of the study,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods and the difficulty and innovation of the paper.In the second chapter,the definition of job burnout of college counselors and the incentive mechanism is given.Author puts forward the public management theory such as human resources to solve the job burnout of university counselors.The third chapter empirical analysis the counselor job burnout,analysis the questionnaire data and draw conclusions.The fourth chapter according to the theory of public management by studying the questionnaire data analysis the causes of job burnout,respectively from the social environment factors,the colleges and universities incentive mechanism is not scientific and the impact of the university counselors themselves factors.And the last chapter puts forward the construction of the incentive mechanism of college counselors,to solve the problem of college counselors' job burnout.In the end,the author concluded and proposed construction of college counselors' team.
