Social work supervision is the cornerstone of social work practice,it plays an important role in improving social work practice and improving service effectiveness.The provision of quality social work services is inseparable from the effective supervision of social work.The cultivation of social work supervisors is of great significance to the development of social work specialization and professionalism.In recent years,social work practice,constantly focus on the development of social work talents,while paying attention to the supervision of this senior personnel training.In 2007,Shenzhen City,with the geographical advantage adjacent to Hong Kong,the introduction of Hong Kong supervision,to accept its supervision,to open up local training personnel.As of 2014,Shenzhen,the first in the country to achieve the full coverage of local supervisory personnel,Shanghai is also one of the earliest places in mainland China to recognize the importance of developing professional social work and to practice social workers' professional personnel.In 2011 Shanghai Pudong New District under the supervision of the Civil Affairs Bureau to carry out supervision of personnel training program,the same year,Jing'an District,also began preparations for social workers supervision and training program.Yangpu District,then also Implementation supervision and selection training program.In addition to the training of social work supervisors in a certain area,schools with better social work or institutions will carry out training courses on national social work supervisors to train supervisors.Jiangsu Province will be "million people have the number of social work professionals" and "private social workers institutions" included in the "modern civil" assessment indicators,and gradually formed a government department and university cooperation,professional education and vocational training and common development of social work professionals Training mechanism.Nanjing Civil Affairs Bureau to focus on social work of high-level personnel-social work leading talent and social work supervision personnel training.Form the beginning of 2014,Nanjing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau began to conduct social workers supervision and training activities,to explore the establishment of the local supervision system in line with Nanjing.Since 2014,the Nanjing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau has carried out social work supervision and selection for three times.,a total of 61 social workers and their related practitioners through the recommendation or selection of the way to become the local social work supervision in Nanjing.They played an important role in promoting the development of social organizations and social work in Nanjing.At the same time,Nanjing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in 2014 and 2015,respectively,fhe introduction of"Nanjing social work supervision pilot program" and "social work supervision and selection of the use of management approach(Trial)",so that Nanjing supervision began to institutionalized,standardized the way.On the basis of reviewing the historical development of social work supervision and its related literature,this study takes the social work supervisory selection and training mechanism of Nanjing in 2014 and 2016 as the research,This paper explores the achievements and problems of the he selection and training mechanism of social work supervision in Nanjing.Through the depth of interviews 2014-2016 three years selected 10 social work supervisor,four members of the selection of institutions and three members of the Steering Committee,the Nanjing social work supervision personnel selection process,supervision of the training methods,The principle and form of supervision and the effect of supervision and so on.On this basis,it analyzes the achievements and shortcomings in the selection and training of social work in Nanjing,and puts forward the construction of Nanjing local social work supervision and development system with the experience of Shenzhen and Shanghai.
