Based on higher vocational college counselors as the research object,comprehensive analysis of the current problems in higher vocational college counselor team construction and influencing factors,using the relevant theories of management,economics and psychology,summarizes the counselor incentive mechanism problem.With enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the number of students of undergraduate level,the current number in order to ensure that students in higher vocational colleges,only admitted to decrease the threshold,this leads to a low level of students’ comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges,which in turn increase the difficulty that the instructors of the student management work.How to build a strong student management,service and guide the team became the major in higher vocational colleges inevitable in the development of a real problem.Based on the incentive mechanism as the starting point and the foothold,the comprehensive analysis on how to build the higher vocational college counselors of incentive mechanism,thus improve the management level of the students,and then make the higher vocational colleges and universities student management work more scientific and effective.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign related research results found that the incentive mechanism of foreign relevant counselor is "school counselor" incentive mechanism research more fully,can be roughly divided into three schools,in the development of professionalization and specialization of counselors started early,accumulated rich experience,and domestic college counselor is evolved from the ideological and political instructors,in the service of political demand,especially the majority of higher vocational colleges,technical secondary school is just started relatively late in the counselor team construction,and incentive mechanism design from the top schools in a blank state for a long time.Based on the C college in Shaanxi Province as the research sample,using the theory of public management of higher vocational college counselors team status quo,existing problems and improve the incentive mechanism of path analysis.Higher vocational colleges is put forward by using the method of case interview headteachers the effect of the incentive mechanism,has a certain practical significance,but also the public management knowledge in the application of the construction of college teachers,to enrich and develop the public management knowledge provides a certain material,has a certain theoretical significance.By analyzing the research status of incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges,college of C building incentive mechanism of the present situation,the problems facing problems and causes of the problem,put forward optimization measures of Incentive mechanism of higher vocational college counselors.Based on questions,this paper investigate the problem,test questions,set the research target,using the theory of authentication,analyzing problems,finally it is concluded that response to the framework,the optimization of higher vocational college counselors on the incentive mechanism is discussed.
