The excessive pressure of teachers has become a prominent problem that hinders the construction of teachers in the new era.At the same time,the natural difference of urban and rural economic level,geographical location and other factors causes the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas to be different,which further leads to the problem of uneven teachers in urban and rural areas.Therefore,a comparative study on the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas,analysis of the common problems of the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas,to explore the causes of the pressure,to reduce the pressure of teachers according to local conditions,to stabilize the teaching staff and to promote the balanced development of education.Through literature review and interviews with first-line teachers,this study comprehensively grasped the source of primary school teachers' stress and the current survival state of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas.Combined with the existing teacher stress scale,a self-compiled questionnaire was formed.After reliability and validity test,the scale finally included six dimensions: workload,student factors,professional development,school management,social expectation and family burden.A random survey of primary school teachers in urban,county and rural public schools within the jurisdiction of city A in Henan Province was carried out,and 691 valid questionnaires were collected,and the data were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas is prominent.Judging from the overall situation of teachers' stress in urban and rural primary schools: the total scores of teachers' stress in urban,county and rural primary schools were 3.36,3.57 and 3.65,respectively,with significant statistical differences(P=0.00<0.01).53.7% of teachers in the total sample of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas thought that "very stressful" and "extremely stressful ",high pressure on teachers in urban and rural primary schools.Second,the stress of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas is consistent.According to the ranking of pressure mean of each dimension,the top three sources of pressure in urban,county and rural samples are professional development,social expectation and workload.In addition,out of 691 valid questionnaires,a total of 294 questionnaires supplemented the open problems of teachers' stress,including "low social status,poor treatment "," too many non-teaching affairs such as examination and evaluation "," difficult promotion of professional titles" and "long working hours cannot balance the family" as the concentrated problems.Third,there are differences in the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas.The performance is as follows: the pressure of school management of urban primary school teachers is greater than the pressure of family burden,which is different from that of county and rural primary school teachers;the salary treatment of county primary school teachers is low and the pressure of family burden is the most serious;the pressure of professional development and social expectation of rural primary school teachers is prominent.There were significant differences in pressure mean and total pressure mean between urban and rural primary school teachers.Finally,this paper discusses the causes of the overall high pressure of teachers in urban and rural areas and the differences between them.In reducing the pressure of primary school teachers in urban and rural areas: first of all,we should increase social support and create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education.Secondly,we should implement the policy of reducing teachers' burden and reduce non-teaching affairs.Third,we should optimize the relevant system of teacher management and promote the professional development of teachers.Fourth,we should promote the innovation of school management system to meet the practical needs of teachers.Finally,teachers should learn stress management and do a good job of physical and mental regulation.At the same time,the stability of teachers is balanced in education Key,and urban and rural primary school teacher pressure difference caused the uneven development of urban and rural teachers,so this study put forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the balance of urban and rural education: first,pay attention to the pay of county direct teachers and teacher supplement;second,enhance the professional attraction of rural primary school teachers;third,improve the long-term mechanism of professional development of rural teachers;fourth,promote home-school association.
