Exploration Of Social Work Practice To Relieve The Pressure Of Urban Migrant Workers

After China's reform and opening up,a large number of labor poured into the cities to make a living.In recent years,with the increase of the new generation of migrant workers and the rise of them as the dominant force in city construction,the problems faced by these groups have caused wide academic concern.Also with the increase of floating population and China's entry into the aging society,a special group of elder migrant workers appear.This group faces the pressure caused by narrow interpersonal relationship and difficulties in working.All these unreasonable pressure brings negative effect and does harm to their health,which can't be solved only by the power of the individual.But in our country about the research of this group is focused on pension and medical aspects,working people should have been paid more attention to this group.In fact,compared with when the working age group of young workers,they are in the process of working face due to its own factors such as age,physical condition to bring greater pressure.Due to its professional values and skills,social work has unique advantages over the intervention in the issue of the elderly migrant workers' pressure.In building trust relationship with the service object on the basis of the evaluation of the service object the pressure problem,excavate the potential of the service object and slow down the pressure.The author studied a migrant community with the elderly for the research in Kunming,and explored the pressure source of elderly migrant population by distributing questionnaires.On the basis of respecting the will of the service object,the author selected a typical case in the evaluation of the service object working pressure,economic pressure,family pressure under the condition of combining with social worker's own ability to slow its working pressure.Also combine case work and group work method for comprehensive intervention.In case work we use psychosocial treatment mode as the core,dredge the mood of the service objects,and assist them to learn the skills to relieve stress,thus improving their pressure relief capabilities.Meanwhile,through group activities we help the service objects to establish a social support network,and enhance their self-confidence in order to be achieved to relieve stress.
