Middle school teachers are the backbone of the basic education. They are not only responsible for the transfer of knowledge, but also for the education of people.By studying middle school teachers you can directly improve the quality of the lessons and promote the healthy growth of the students.Studies have shown that the teaching behavior of teachers is influenced by both biological and social attributes. On the one hand: attribution is an important reflection of social support, and a person with higher social support also shows a relatively positive attribution. On the other hand,a person who can use social support effectively also shows higher job satisfaction. Therefore, middle school teachers were used as research objects in this study and a total of 480 questionnaires were distributed to the test subjects.Among them,415 questionnaires were valid and the effective rate of research was95.18%.The questionnaires involved in the study include: "Attribution Scale"(AsQ),"Social Support Scale"(Xiao Shuiyuan),"Work Satisfaction Scale"(MsQ)and Spss20.0 is used for data analysis and processing. For correlation analysis and Regression analysis, the process program(PROCESS-Model # 4)(Hayes2013)was used to analyze the mediation effect with social support as a mediation variable, attribution method as a dependent variable and job satisfaction as an independent variable.Mainly examine and examine the attribution methods of teachers and social support, social support and job satisfaction, attribution methods and job satisfaction, the three dimensions of demographic differences and the interaction between the three dimensions enrich and create a relaxed and happy working and living environment for middle school teachers in the Hanzhong region.Research shows:(1)In the demographic variables, the subjects showed significant differences in terms of assignment methods, social support and job satisfaction as well as their sub-dimensions.(2)The assignment methods of the middle school teachers in the test subjects were positively related to the social support.(3)The assignment methods of the middle school teachers in the test subjects correlated positively with job satisfaction.(4)Social support for middle school teachers and job satisfaction correlated positively.(5)In the relationship between attributional style, social support and job satisfaction, social support is the mediating variable. This study can intuitively show the differences in social support, attribution methods, job satisfaction and the interaction mechanism between the three demographic variables involved to provide adequate research for teachers. The basis for this is the promotion of positive attribution methods for teachers by looking for ways that promote social support for teachers and can thus help to improve teachers' overall job satisfaction.Highly satisfied jobs will motivate teachers to be more enthusiastic.Loyalty to the job.
