The Influence Of Social Support For The Social Worker Career Satisfaction Research

With the continuous development of economy in our country and the progress of the society, the social work, keeping pace with the economy and the social development, has also makes corresponding contributions towards our society. Meanwhile, In the development process, social work also encountered some new problems o give solutions and complete the developing system of social work. The nations should strongly initiate the development of the social work to reach a new stage. However, the most importance of all is the talent team construction of the social work. The colleges and universities have formed multi-level education system for the social workers’ education,which create favorable conditions for the cultivation of social workers, and transport well educated social workers with good quality for our social development. It is has laid a good foundation for the Socialist causes development. While social work is in full swing in the development of our country, but there is still a problem in the process,referring to some related issues of social workers for their career satisfaction. According to the developing status of social work and the career satisfaction of social workers, we can have a preliminary discovery about the problems on that the social support will make influence on profession satisfaction.Through analyzing and sorting the data collected by questionnaires, and then the author makes the analysis for the social workers’ career satisfaction under the current situation with the support of the society. In order to make a research on the social workers’ career satisfaction with the support of the society,Firstly, we should know the current situation of their satisfaction towards their careers. Only when we know the feelings of social workers as clear as possible and the basic social career satisfaction,can we have a better understanding about the social workers’ career satisfaction; Secondly, we should recognize the career satisfaction from different perspectives and aspects. We use the sociology research methods to analyze those factors which produce an effect on social workers’ career satisfaction with the support of the society. We will made valuable suggestions and responses to these problems, so that the majority of work units can understand and resolve these outstanding issues better. Only in this way, we can promote the social work to develop rapidly, and continue to make the responding contributions to the social development. the author believes that as long as we create a good and positive working environment for social workers and provide specialized counter measures, we will ensure that normal flow of social workers in work units and working fields, and make social work increasing development to gain much more brilliant achievements.
