| Since the 20 th CPC National Congress,the state has actively promoted community governance and social construction,and front-line social workers(hereinafter referred to as: First-line social workers)are playing an increasingly important role in community governance and social construction,so the team of first-line social workers is also growing rapidly.In the past decade,the number of first-line social workers in Chengdu has increased from 500 to more than 20,000,achieving a nearly four-fold increase,but the increase in quantity has not brought about a steady improvement in quality.It has become an important issue to promote the professionalization,stabilization and self-satisfaction of the first-line social workers.However,at the same time of this rapid growth,many front-line social workers are not satisfied with the current working status of social workers and the dimission rate is relatively high.Existing studies have confirmed that low employee satisfaction may increase the dimission rate of employees.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the dimission rate of employees and meet the needs of the country for community governance and social construction of front-line social workers,It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on employee satisfaction of front-line social workers.So,how to improve the satisfaction of front-line social workers? From the perspective of social support,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employee satisfaction of front-line social workers and discusses the mediating effect of anxiety.On the basis of sorting out the existing research on employee satisfaction of social workers,this paper takes front-line social workers in Sichuan and Chongqing as the main research object,prepares questionnaires,measures the social support,anxiety and various dimensions of employee satisfaction of front-line social workers,and uses SPSS for data analysis.Combined with the empirical results,relevant policy suggestions and practical intervention suggestions of front-line social workers are proposed to improve the satisfaction of employees and relieve the anxiety of social workers.The empirical results show that the satisfaction of first-line social workers is positively affected by social support.Anxiety has a negative effect on employee satisfaction;Social support can relieve anxiety of front-line social workers;Anxiety has a partial mediating effect on the influence of social support of front-line social workers on employee satisfaction.The above results show that in the group of first-line social workers,improving social support has a positive predictive effect on employee satisfaction,while the existence of anxiety will reduce employee satisfaction to a certain extent.According to the research results,the policy suggestions should be made from the aspects of improving the professionalism and irreplaceability of front-line social workers,improving the relevant laws and regulations of security,and enhancing the organization’s attention to front-line social workers.In the social work practice level from the group,individual and system adjustment and adaptation of several aspects of the specific measures. |
