Job satisfaction is a term in the field of management psychology.It represents an individual’s overall,subjective,emotional feelings and thoughts about the work environment,facilities,wages and benefits,and interpersonal relationships.In the group of teachers,kindergarten teachers are a special and important existence,and their job satisfaction is related to the quality and effect of education,and even more to the growth and development of children.Studies have shown that there is a certain relationship between social support and job satisfaction.This study uses the two as the research content,and introduces the intermediary variable of occupational identity at the same time,uses data to illustrate the clear relationship between social support and kindergarten teachers,and at the same time verifies whether the intermediary effect of occupational identity is significant.This research adopts the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,according to the social support theory,the level of need theory and the social identity theory,combined with the background and unique characteristics of the preschool teachers in the region,revised and completed the "Preschool Teachers’ Social Support Status Table" and "Children Teachers’ Job Satisfaction Status Table and Preschool Teachers’ Occupational Recognition Status Table.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 292 preschool teachers in Anhui Province,and SPSS26.0 and AMOS25.0 software were used for data processing and analysis.The conclusions are as follows :1.The social support of kindergarten teachers is still good,the overall mean is3.06,and the mean square deviation is 0.66;the job satisfaction is flat,the overall mean is 4.18,and the mean square deviation is 0.68;the occupational identity is also relatively good,the overall mean is 4.15,and the mean square deviation Is 0.48.2.Demographic variables have varying degrees of influence on preschool teachers’ social support,job satisfaction and professional identity.For example,with the improvement of age,education,teaching age,professional title,and salary,the social support,job satisfaction and professional identity of preschool teachers will get better and better;the social support,job satisfaction and professional identity of married and public kindergarten teachers The level was significantly higher than that of unmarried and private kindergarten teachers.3.There is a clear correlation between preschool teachers’ social support,job satisfaction and professional identity.Specifically,social support has an obvious explanatory effect on job satisfaction and professional identity,and professional identity also has an obvious explanatory effect on job satisfaction.4.The professional identity of kindergarten teacheis plays a mediating role between social support and job satisfaction. First, between subjective support and job satisfaction role values professsional behavior te ndencies,and professional value splay a pat of the mediating role, and professional belonging does not mediate; second, between objective support and job satisfaction, there are four dimensions of professional identity There is no intermediary effect; finally, between the utilization of suppoit and job satisfaction, role values and professional values play acomple te intermediary role,and professional behavior tendencies and professional sense of belonging play a partial intermediaryroleOn the basis of the research conclusions,the following educational suggestions are put forward from the three levels of the country and society,kindergarten managers and kindergarten teachers:1.At the national and social level:(1)Fill the gaps in kindergarten teachers and pay attention to the practical needs of kindergarten teachers;(2)Broaden the channels for further education,increase wages and increase space.2.At the level of kindergarten managers:(1)Establish and improve training mechanisms to improve job satisfaction;(2)Actively coordinate administrative support and parent understanding,and democratize management methods.3.At the level of preschool teachers:(1)Objectively recognize the status quo of their own social support,and actively build and adjust a good mentality;(2)Strengthen the study of professional theory and enhance professional identity. |
