| In recent years,our country has made it clear that we need to play the third distribution role and vigorously develop social public works.Social work,as an important occupation to promote social equity and justice and maintain social harmonious development,mainly serves all kinds of marginalized disadvantaged groups in society.Its occupational vision and mission make social work become an important social forces during the rapid development of Chinese public welfare.The major of social work aims to help service objects solve difficulties,guide them to adapt to the society,integrate into the society,and improve the overall social welfare level,which requires a social work talent team with both "quality" and "quantity".Therefore,the loss of social workers and job satisfaction have always been the concern of scholars.This study focused on social workers to discuss the impact of job support on job satisfaction.The data of this study came from the "China Social Work Dynamics Survey"(CSWIS2019),and the research method of quantitative secondary data analysis was adopted.The SPSS data analysis software was used to investigate the influence mechanism of job support on social workers’ job satisfaction through correlation analysis,hierarchical multiple regression analysis and mediation effect analysis.After the descriptive analysis of job support,sense of collective ownership,job satisfaction and control variables,the correlation between all variables was measured by Pearson correlation analysis,and the predictive effect of control variables and job support on job satisfaction was investigated by hierarchical regression analysis.On this basis,collective psychological ownership was selected as the mediating variable to investigate its mediating effect between job support and job satisfaction.The results show that job support has a significant positive effect on the sense of collective psychological ownership;Collective psychological ownership significantly positively affects social workers’ job satisfaction;Job support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction,and collective psychological ownership plays a partial positive mediating role in the relationship between job support and job satisfaction of social workers.In addition,the study also found that social workers with different levels of social worker certification,job satisfaction is also different.On the basis of the research findings,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of social workers from three aspects:social workers themselves,social organizations and the government.The concept of sense of collective psychological ownership was proposed by foreign scholars and has become an emerging concept in the management of social service organizations in China after being verified and developed by Chinese scholars.This study promotes the study of sense of collective ownership in the context of social service organizations in China. |
