An Research Of The Choice Of Rural Family Fertility In The Background Of Birth Of Two Children

As a basic national policy,every adjustment of the birth policy will have an impact on the family's reproductive decision-making and reproductive behavior.The introduction of the comprehensive two-child policy indicates that the birth of two children is no longer a privilege of “double-family”.The “double non-family” who is not the only child also enjoys the right to have two children.This family model is common in rural areas.In the context of the comprehensive two-child policy,this paper studies the fertility choices of rural households in the east and the factors that influence their choices.On the basis of reading a large number of literature works,this paper uses the relevant theories from the perspective of demography and sociology,and uses a combination of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews to conduct a field survey of rural couples in rural areas in C County,Shandong Province.Combining the cultural and economic analysis models of fertility choices,establishing a framework for fertility choices,and then analyzing the fertility choices of rural families and their action logic,and deducing the factors affecting the reproductive choices of childbearing families,and descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data through SPSS and Correlation analysis.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the age of women,the gender of a child,family economic support,social security system and other factors have a significant impact on the choice of two children.In terms of personal factors,the older the age and the higher the level of education,the harder it is to make choices for the birth of two children.It is easier for a child to be a girl than to have a child as a boy;in the family,economic conditions The better the object,the better the parent's body is,the easier it is to make the choice of giving birth to two children.from the perspective of social factors,traditional Confucianism Areas withstrong atmosphere,social infrastructure and welfare systems are more likely to make choices for the birth of two children.Based on the research on the fertility choices of women of childbearing age in C County,the following suggestions are proposed: First,we must change the functions of the family planning department and guide the rural families to establish the concept of correct birth;Second,we must improve the maternal and child health care service and the construction of the medical insurance system to ensure the birth conditions of the population;It is necessary to improve the social support policy,focusing on the problems of early childhood education and family independence;fourth,we must reduce the cost of female births and protect women's rights and interests.
