The development and transformation of our society requires schools to cultivate good citizens with sound personality,independent consciousness,and scientific spirit and democratic awareness for the future China.Education reform needs to follow the rules of education and refuse to make quick success.Deepen the reform of education,continuously explore and optimize the education model,and explore the practice of the construction of primary school class culture,and effectively change the campus ecology that students are “growth” and teachers,especially the class teachers,are “busy” and “tired”;further expand “ The space for the joint development of teachers and students and the class further highlights the advantages of “class culture construction” in improving the life of teachers and students,and further enhances the thinking of the healthy personality education in thinking,and has more creativity in implementation.There are more realistic observation points in the evaluation,so that the overall optimization education mode is implemented.Based on the theory of learning organization and the theory of multiple intelligences,this paper takes the "Rainbow Fish" class of Shenzhen Experimental School as an example,and uses educational narrative as the main research method to explore the connotation of class-level cultural construction in primary schools,from class spirit culture and class system culture.The material culture of the class and the behavioral culture of the class elaborated the concrete implementation of the class culture construction in the primary school,and carried out reflection on the basis of the certain achievements of the class culture construction,and proposed the promotion strategy of the class building culture construction from four aspects: First,create a "three-type" class teacher team to enhance the ability to comprehensively educate people;second,follow the law of student growth,and clarify the goal of educating people in different years;third,strengthen the interaction between home and school,carry out thematic educational activities;fourth,build diversity Evaluation system to promote the common development of teachers and students.Make the research on the construction of elementary school class culture more solid and deep,and move towards the connotation,so that more teachers become the creators of the primary school class culture construction,and let the students become the masters of the primary school class culture construction.
