With the continuous advancement of new curriculum reformation and the continuous deepening of educational concepts,people have higher and higher requirements for education quality.The implementation of "Effective Teaching" has quietly become a hot issue among primary and secondary school teachers.As a basic discipline,the importance of exploring effective ways of Chinese teaching in primary school is obvious.But in primary schools,Chinese teachers usually also act as a class advisor.Good class management strategies can naturally help to promote effective teaching.Therefore,this study hopes to find a new way,using narrative research method to explore the occurrence of effective Chinese teaching in primary schools and the relationship between it and effective class management,so as to sum up the strategies to promote effective Chinese teaching in primary schools,and hopes to provide beneficial enlightenment to the front-line Chinese class teachers in the practice of class management and effective teaching.This study adopts the qualitative research method,selects an excellent Chinese teacher who also acts as a class advisor of J primary school in M city as the research object.Through on-site observation,interviews,product analysis and other methods to collect data,record the typical events,in the process of education stories,analyze the educational practice of the research object,so that the factors to promote effective Chinese teaching in story can be gradually presented through the analysis and exploration of the researchers.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author combs the existing relevant literature,and introduces the origin of the research,the value and significance of the research,as well as the research methods and design.The second part shows the teaching story of the research object,and shows the effect of Chinese Teaching.This part adopts the way of narration to describes the key events in the teaching work of the research object from three aspects:the formation of class,the creation of cultural environment,the construction of family-school relationship and the development of teaching practice.The third part summarizes the main ideas and strategies of class management of the research object,and analyzes that the promotion of class management strategies to the effective teaching of Chinese in primary schools stems from the cultivation of students’ Chinese learning habits,the education of Chinese literacy and the cultivation of excellent personality.In the last part,based on the perspective of the teacher,in view of the promotion of class management to the effective teaching of primary Chinese,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies from three aspects:student management,individual teachers and family-school connection.
