The famous educator Sukhomlinskionce said,"What is the most precious thing in the extremely complicated relationship of all educational phenomena in schools? The teacher’s educational beliefs-this is the most precious thing in the school." The class teacher is the "steer" of a class,especially at the young age of the students.In the process of building a class culture,the class teacher always needs to rely on his own professional knowledge,educational beliefs,personal cultivation and taste,etc.What is the fundamental of it? The representative of the "propensity theory" in the belief theory-the British philosopher Lyme(1903-1930),he regards faith as the power to determine our actions;and whether we make certain actions depends on the strength of our beliefs.In China’s basic education,classes and class teachers are the places and key figures that have the most important impact on students,and belief is an important force in personal behavior.Therefore,the teacher’s belief in education has a great influence on the class culture and on the professional development of the class.What kind of class teacher education belief will have what kind of class teacher management behavior.This study uses qualitative research methods to study the following questions:(1)What is the class culture of "Star Class" ? What are the characteristics of this class culture?(2)What is the educational belief of Xiao Jiang as the class teacher? What are the characteristics?(3)How does the education belief of Xiao Jiang’s class teacher affect the construction of class culture?This study explores the personal life of Xiao Jiang from a third perspective.Through interviews with Xiao Jiang,students,parents,and school colleagues,I observe the interaction between the “Star Class” classroom,Xiao Jiang and students and colleagues,and class management.Ways,collecting personal Weibo content,class teacher’s diary and other materials,and on this basis,sorting,summarizing and analyzing,showing the class culture of "StarClass" and the daily teaching management of a post-90 primary school class teacher,reflected from it The education conviction of the class teacher and the influence of Xiao Jiang’s class teacher education belief on the “Star Class” class culture.This study is willing to provide some experience sharing for the class teachers in similar situations,especially the “post-90s”.It can enlighten the class teachers who are similar to the situation of the research objects,and better carry out class culture construction and class management.First of all,this study analyzes the class culture of “Star Class” from three levels: material level,institutional level and spiritual level.Through observations of the classroom,interviews with students,etc.,we saw a classroom environment with a harmonious personality,a strong class convention,and a spirited attitude of actively learning the spirit of life.Secondly,according to the "Primary School Teacher Pre-service Teacher Education Curriculum Standard" published by the Ministry of Education,this study combines 865 personal microblogs and interview records of Xiao Jiang from the beliefs about students,the belief about the role of teachers,and the belief about education.A total of three dimensions to analyze the educational beliefs of the "post-90s" class teacher Xiao Jiang.In these life and work,Xiao Jiang showed the respect and love of the students,the serious exploration of the role of the class teacher and the enthusiasm for the education.Thirdly,combined with Xiao Jiang’s work summary and Weibo record,I selected the first stage of the school,the school’s fixed-point shooting competition,and Xiao Jiang’s daily praise for the students to set an example.The three highest-receiving events or activities to analyze Xiao Jiang’s educational beliefs.What is the role played by the construction and formation of the “Star Class” class culture? Finally,through analysis,it is concluded that Xiao Jiang’s class teacher’s educational beliefs are inherently consistent and based on respect for people.However,Xiao Jiang should pay more attention to his own detailed behaviors,affecting students and class;creating surprises while maintaining class stability.The teacher’s belief in education affects the class culture and class management.We can strengthen the training of class teachers’ educational beliefs by setting relevant courses and strengthening the strength of example.
