In recent years,the society has paid more and more attention to classical culture,and ancient poems and prose have been greatly increased in textbooks compiled by the ministry of education.Classical Chinese teaching has attracted more and more attention from scholars and educators.However,the new curriculum standard advocates that the teaching content is related to the reality and the teaching process focuses on the students,which brings new challenges to classical Chinese teaching.The application of situational teaching method to classical Chinese teaching in junior high school can meet these higher and higher requirements.But in practice,there are many problems.Therefore,this paper takes the textbook of middle school Chinese compiled by Jiangsu education press and ministry of education as an example to explore the application status of situational teaching method in classical Chinese teaching of middle school,aiming to find a more reasonable and efficient way to effectively improve the teaching efficiency.This paper will be based on the idea of"proposing problems--analyzing problems--solving problems",which constitutes the content of each chapter.In the first chapter of this paper,the author will elaborate the concept of situational teaching method,explore the theoretical basis of its application in classical Chinese teaching in junior high school,the necessity of its application and its important role in classical Chinese teaching in junior high school.In the second chapter of this paper,the author will explore the current situation of the application of situational teaching method in classical Chinese teaching in junior high school,find out many problems in the application of this method,and analyze the causes of specific problems from many aspects.In the third chapter,the author will put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems and causes in the previous chapter.It includes exploring the application requirements of situational teaching method in classical Chinese teaching in junior high school from multiple perspectives,and implementing it into specific teaching links,and putting forward specific requirements for each link.
