The development of rural education is related to the operation of the whole education system,but the construction of rural schools is really difficult,whether the lack of resources or the construction of poor school culture will make the headmaster helpless,rural principals as the leader of the school operation can be said to be shoulder a heavy responsibility.In a variety of conditions do not have the situation of school maintenance and development seems to be a problem.The poverty and weakness of rural schools are the result of all kinds of complex factors,but there are some principals with noble educational feelings and outstanding educational ability to lead teachers and students to create brilliant future.Taking the rural school as the observation point and the principal's value leadership as the clue,this paper examines the problems existing in rural schools.Under the condition of existing resources,it is a feasible way to solve the dilemma of rural schools by taking the improvement of value leadership of rural principals as a breakthrough.Firstly,this paper systematically introduces the connotation of value leadership of rural principals,and explains the value sequence and cultural identity of "sense organs--life--spirit" from the perspective of vision.This paper defines the value leadership of rural principals as the comprehensive ability to promote the development of schools under the initial political impetus,with the core elements of value identification,spiritual guidance and cultural consciousness,and the understanding and grasp of educational thoughts.Secondly,through a long field investigation of two quality rural schools in Henan province,it is found that the achievements of the school cannot be separated from the principal's value leadership.By summarizing and condensing the successful experience of excellent principals in running schools,this paper deeply analyzes the educational wisdom of these two principals in the process of school governance,and proves that the principal's value identification to rural education,spiritual guidance to teachers and cultural consciousness to rural society are the core elements of his value leadership.And summarize the practice effect of the value leadership of the village principal.Finally,under the value of the overall framework of leadership,with the help of two outstanding headmaster's experience,explore effective promote rural principal value leadership feasible path:Strengthen the ability of value identification of rural principals,set up the model of rural principals' spiritual guidance and create the atmosphere of rural schools' cultural consciousness.However,it is not possible to set the principal as the only one.How to solve the problems of rural schools in terms of system and mechanism,and establish a feasible path to effectively promote the growth of principals and give play to their role on their own initiative,are problems that need to be further explored.
